“Easy survey creation and tracking
Pros
Creating a survey is ridiculously easy and then I can forward it to anyone I choose using several different methods. After a customer finishes, I get an alert that a survey was submitted and I'm given a direct link to immediately check that response. Reviewing the responses is really simple, I can tweak and personalise the output and then export the data into multiple formats. The free tier that we as a company rely on lets us run hundreds of surveys without any problems. Bigger companies might eventually have to upgrade to a paid plan but my advice is to try the Free version first because I think it offers incredible value. We've stuck with this tool for years and for me it's an easy, reliable survey solution and I genuinely mean that.
Cons
As a small company, we honestly couldn't discover any problems with this service, it meets every survey requirement we have and it doesn't cost us a thing. Sure, like every piece of software there will be some negative opinions floating around but personally I can't identify anything I dislike. Truly an excellent product

“Customizable HIPAA-compliant forms
Pros
There's so much I like about the form features, I'm really impressed with the range of customization options available. I can quickly insert our company logos and have used the platform to build everything from surveys and training modules to training tools, patient intake forms and a bunch of other resources on this one platform. I appreciate the variety of question types offered and how simple it is to construct a form. Another major plus for me is that it's HIPAA compliant which is huge and I also value that we can collect electronic signatures right in the forms.
Cons
One of my biggest frustrations is that there's no good built-in way to create quizzes that automatically grade answers, the quiz widget often behaves unreliably. I also get annoyed by how frequently the platform glitches and it can be a real pain to customize the notification emails that arrive after forms are completed, especially when trying to adhere to HIPAA requirements. While I find building the forms themselves excellent and very user-friendly, organizing and extracting responses is tough. I end up creating several workarounds just to get the data we need and that becomes time-consuming and quite frustrating.

“easy platform with integrations

This platform is easy and it's done far more than I expected by adding integrations with a ton of well-known services and they keep refining their backend interface for building forms and viewing results. Paid plans are priced fairly and discounts are often promoted. A couple of people on our team maintain their own paid accounts.
Cons
At times the responses in the support forums feel a bit generic at first, although on occasion the guidance is genuinely useful. During some of the platform upgrades we've temporarily lost access to certain features or parts of our accounts but submitting a support ticket would generally get things 'reset' back to normal. The sales reps can also be persistent about upselling to the Enterprise tier, we went through a demo and concluded the only real benefit was being able to link our multiple accounts which would cost us more than twenty times what we're currently paying.

“Electronic waivers and record keeping
Pros
We rely on this platform for customers to submit waivers electronically. I love the system because at any time we're able to pull everyone's email addresses easily to run email campaigns. We're also able to archive year-end waivers and maintain an accurate tally of how many clients we served that year. It really simplifies tracking and record keeping for our business overall. Thanks so much, it.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about this tool so far. In my view they're doing an excellent job at the moment. They keep rolling out updates and new features and whenever I've run into an issue their support team responds quickly and actually fixes the problem. I'm really impressed with how responsive they are.

“Variety of templates and alerts
Pros
I really appreciate how many different forms are available to pick from and the variety of settings. They alert me each time someone completes a form. I also appreciate the flexibility it provides when onboarding my new clients.
Cons
I haven't found anything that felt unhelpful. Support can be contacted and they usually respond within about a two-hour timeframe. I genuinely have no negative things to say about this platform. Five stars from me.

“PDF-to-web form conversion
Pros
I love that this tool lets me make forms straight from a PDF and also design web-based forms from scratch. My team needed the final form in a very particular layout and this platform made that possible! Previously we maintained a custom form for our mission trips (we needed to include DocuSign and a medical form upload). At the time there weren't any ready-made form builders that supported those features but we've since migrated every one of our forms into this product now that it supports them all. The nicest thing is the form builder's interface is unbelievably simple and simple to use, with drag-and-drop controls and templates that let me finish complex forms faster than before.
Cons
Within our organization, I haven't found anything I dislike so far. We're still exploring the product overall, so maybe in the coming year we might uncover a few issues then.

“HIPAA-compliant client forms
Pros
This platform has been a game-changer for me, it makes it so easy for my clients to complete required forms in a easy, HIPAA-compliant way without any printing, mailing, or faxing. Forms are fully customizable and I can create an unlimited number to fit whatever my practice needs. It has saved me an enormous amount of administrative time while still meeting the needs of both my clients and the agencies that review my reports.
Cons
There are a few areas where it could be more user-friendly and convenient for my workflow. Every so often the PDF export displays answers out of sequence or with odd formatting, even though everything looks correct on the form itself. Features like conditional formatting feel more complicated than they should be and could use simplification. I would also appreciate more options for the Google Drive file naming convention, for example, having files labeled with the form name and the client's last name instead of just a date/time stamp would be much more practical.

“Small business form flexibility
Pros
As a small business owner, I find this tool easy to use and very customizable for almost every contract, form, or survey need I run into. It holds up reliably when I'm collecting forms from many people, yet it also works really well for handling individual contracts without any fuss.
Cons
That said, I think building custom contracts would be easier if some of the blanks and text boxes were simpler to edit or move around. I've run into a few glitches where certain blanks don't appear for the signer on the receiving end which can be pretty frustrating.

“Versatile tool beyond basic forms
Pros
this tool does far more than I ever expected from a simple form builder. There are loads of features and settings I can play with and so many capabilities to explore! In my experience it supports multiple parts of the business, not just marketing and that versatility has been really helpful.
Cons
I'd love to see templates that adopt a more fashionable look to match current online trends, the preset schemes you can apply could also be updated to feel more stylish and modern. Having said that, I appreciate how much you can customize everything yourself.

“Customizable templates and workflow
Pros
How flexible this tool is..... Having the option to customize terminology and build templates for my projects has been a massive help in keeping my workflow efficient and feasible. The selection of widgets, form fields, alerts and integrations allows me to configure forms for a particular process or task with ease. That flexibility really simplifies things when I'm handling non-linear workflows that need extra care and at the same time it gives users an simple interface they already understand, even if optional third-party apps have been hooked in for extra functionality.
Cons
The dashboard's organization is something I strongly dislike. Because it sorts things by recently used forms, locating what I need quickly becomes frustrating and time-consuming, consequently I end up wasting extra minutes hunting for specific items. On top of that, whenever I make a new form there's a risk that the formatting I've painstakingly set up will not carry over correctly because of the different design tools available.

“Fast setup with e-signature support
Pros
I've used this tool for a long time and I find setting up forms and submitting data incredibly easy and hassle-free. The platform comes with thousands of ready-made templates that make it fast to get up and running. Being able to collect e-signatures is another advanced capability I really appreciate in this tool.
Cons
That said, the only real drawbacks I've noticed are the limits on form submissions and the restrictions around integrations. Despite those caps, my overall experience has been excellent and the service performs beautifully for what I need.

“Simple client data entry
Pros
What I appreciate is how simple it is for my clients to enter their details and choose options. The whole process feels easy and easy to explain, giving my clients a clear, pleasant experience.
Cons
Overall, I can't find anything I dislike about this tool. It's my first year using it and the experience has been very positive for me. I do want to tweak a few small settings to suit my preferences but otherwise it's truly an excellent platform for businesses to use.

“Extensive templates and integrations
Pros
I really appreciate the built-in capabilities, there are over 10,000 free online form templates ready to use and I can connect more than 41 payment apps to a it to accept payments. I've also been able to integrate over 26 CRM systems to monitor user activity and link with around 18 file storage services to retain submitted data. The templates are easy to edit and redesign, letting me pick the color scheme I want and the whole platform works across all my devices, laptops, mobiles, tablets and so on.
Cons
What bothers me is that the application itself can't be monetized which limits how I can leverage it commercially. Additionally, the free plan enforces a 1,000 form-views cap on it and for me that view limit is one of the biggest drawbacks to using it without upgrading to a paid tier.

Pros
Using the free version of this tool blows me away (and I'm endlessly grateful) for how many features it offers, from free forms to the ability to build an app for free, plus countless free integrations with other services and functions. As a lone teacher on a tight salary, I appreciate it so much!
Cons
I really don't have any complaints, my only hope is for an option to send push notifications to the people using my app.

“simple form building across teams

For the past five to six years I've relied on this tool. I first used it at a previous employer and then brought it into my current workplace, where I was able to build up adoption across teams. The interface is simple and creating new forms is really easy. I'm constantly discovering fresh ways to refine processes and make different procedures more efficient which I appreciate.
Cons
Sometimes I run into a few glitches with certain forms. Every so often people tell me they're unable to submit, or they can't select a required option and end up stuck mid-flow. Like many others, those issues can be a little frustrating and cause headaches for users but despite the occasional problems, the system generally performs very well overall.

Flexibility of this platform is unmatched by any other form systems I've tried. I rely on it across several different businesses, each focused on clients and it speeds up every part of their visit. Cons

I've found this platform really handy for building all kinds of forms, registrations, surveys, applications and more. I've relied on it for over three years and it consistently beats Google and other alternatives for my needs. It offers add-on widgets, built-in payment processing and plenty of starter templates that make getting up and running simple and fast.
Cons
In my experience the reporting features can be messy and not very tidy. From what I can tell there isn't an option to grab only the data added since my last download which means I end up sorting duplicates on my own. There are also limited choices for tailoring the reports to meet specific needs.

“Affordable and secure form management
Pros
Overall, I find this tool to be very affordable and a dependable solution for handling form submissions. All data sent through forms I create gets emailed straight to the recipient and is also saved in an inbox section inside my account. Depending on which plan I buy, multiple users can log into the same account while being granted only the specific permissions for the forms assigned to them. The service also includes a HIPAA-compliant option where all submitted data is encrypted and kept securely on the server. On top of that, I can connect the forms to external software which makes workflows smooth and surprisingly polished. I definitely recommend this product.
Cons
platform struggles when it comes to scoring or calculating values based on answers. If I'm building a survey that needs each response weighted so it determines progression to the next question, setting that up is quite tough and fiddly. They offer conditional logic that helps in some cases but it doesn't fully meet the kind of weighted navigation we need for our workflows.

Having tried a number of other products that aim to do the same job, we concluded this tool was the best choice for several clear reasons. With a premium account my team and I could customise multiple forms for both internal workflows and outward-facing use which was really handy. For outward-facing forms in particular, we were able to match the look and feel to our website so everything felt consistent. On top of that, the widget selection here was noticeably better than in the other tools we tested and it let us display questions and answers in a wider layout that helped boost user engagement.
Cons
I did find that a few widgets, especially some of the more complex or non-standard ones, felt a bit inflexible when I tried to adapt them to our specific needs, though in most cases we managed to work around those limitations. Additionally, configuring some elements of the PDF export was fiddly and not very easy to set up but those issues were usually resolved, sometimes with the assistance of the tool's support team who were quite helpful.

“Easy client waivers and file management
Pros
As a photographer, I rely on this service to organize and oversee all my files. Every client of mine is required to sign waivers and this platform reliably takes care of that entire process smoothly. I also find building forms easy and simple. When problems crop up, the support team is easy to reach and provides the prompt help I need.
Cons
This application still requires a significant amount of improvement. I eventually had no choice but to uninstall it because it was riddled with bugs. Lately I've been running the desktop site through my phone's browser and that approach performs far more reliably.
