During setup, the onboarding process and support team were extremely helpful. I always felt supported until everything was running properly and using the application itself feels natural and stress-free.

Cons

There really isn't much I dislike so far but if I had to pick one area to improve it would be the printing features. For instance, when I pull reports from Trust I can't generate a clean, submission-ready printout. The reports also lack clear labels identifying what's being shown, like a timekeeper printout that doesn't say whether it's for this year, last year, or a specific date range.

Using the software has been a pleasant experience for me. It works directly with QuickBooks and doesn't force me through extra steps to make things connect.

I think the software still needs a bit of refinement in its trust account reporting capabilities.

I've noticed that it is the only option I've tried that truly syncs both ways with QuickBooks Online. Because of that, I can mark client-related expenses as they appear on my card statement and those charges are automatically pulled into the correct invoice.

So far, my early experience with this app has been very positive. The shortcuts built into transactions save time while still following Trust Accounting rules and the support resources have been excellent. I feel confident recommending it based on what I've seen.

Even though technology isn't really my strong suit, I picked this program up faster than expected. I've spoken directly with several it team members and each conversation felt personal and focused on helping me succeed. Hearing a real person on the line made the experience even better.

Nothing made by people is flawless, of course but so far I haven't come across any issues that really stand out to me. I appreciate that while perfection isn't expected, at this stage there isn't anything glaring that bothers me.

Because the software feels so natural to work with, I've been really impressed overall. There was a short adjustment period but once I settled in, everything started flowing smoothly, from setting up trust accounts to logging time and sending invoices. The QuickBooks Online connection updates in real time which helps me clearly see where my firm stands financially at any moment. On top of that, the support team has been patient and helpful every time I've reached out.

My single complaint about the software is more tongue-in-cheek than real: I don't yet have 1,000 clients or a billion dollars in operating revenue to put it through its paces. As with any new system it took a bit of time to acclimate but that's not it's fault.

Overall, using the system hasn't felt complicated for me at all. It links directly with QuickBooks for billing, lets me access my time tools from anywhere and has saved me both time and money since day one.

From my experience, the online version of QuickBooks feels harder for me to navigate than the desktop version. I find myself taking longer to complete simple tasks because the layout isn't as clear.
