This app focuses on the basics like time tracking and billing and it handles those areas extremely well. Learning the system didn't take long for me and it runs quickly without lag. I can handle different billing types, rely on the QuickBooks Online connection, access it from anywhere and manage trust accounting with confidence. On top of that, the support is great and the price is far lower than many competitors.

the way I work, the two-way syncing with QuickBooks has been a big win. Entering time feels natural and both desktop and mobile timers come in handy. Creating matters or adding clients is quick and everything flows into QuickBooks automatically which works really well for me overall.

The QuickBooks billing configuration feels a little awkward. I understand that's partly a QuickBooks issue as much as it is with this software. It's not intended to be a complete practice management system which I knew beforehand. Because of that, I'm maintaining information in both Outlook and in this app/QuickBooks. It's not a big problem given how massive my contact list is compared to the very small client roster I actually work with.

After more than twenty years as a law clerk, I've worked with many systems and this one ranks high on my list. The support team is outstanding, they're willing to stay on the phone as long as needed to fix issues and walk me through solutions.

From time to time I run into bugs where the time I log ends up showing on another day than the one I selected, fortunately the it support team resolved that problem quickly and without issue.

Really easy to use. From my viewpoint as an attorney, the interface feels very simple and consistently generates professional, high-quality invoices. When I switch hats to accounting, I find it syncs flawlessly with QuickBooks Online, I particularly appreciate the two-way synchronization and the ability to mark billable expenses.
