The agent's context is simultaneously fed via DMS integrations, document ingestion, content sources, third-party legal services, and MCP connectors, so it has a broad matter context across internal and external sources prior to any execution.

This feature brings Legora's reviewing and drafting capabilities directly into Microsoft Word. Lawyers can draft, revise, and refine content by drawing on past precedents and suggesting relevant language. In addition, lawyers can analyze and redline contracts without ever having to switch between Legora and Word, all thanks to the Add-In using playbooks to highlight non-standard clauses and surfacing issues inline.

Legora Workflows runs multi-step legal tasks through a no-code agentic setup. To do so, the software combines drafting, review, along with search into one process that can be customized by lawyers. This workflow is built once and reused in all the matters. This way, it standardizes recurring work like NDA review, due diligence checklists, and regulatory filings.

Data is derived from internal DMS content and external legal databases together, returning answers with verifiable citations from one interface. The tool draws simultaneously from the firm's precedent library, as well as matter history, and public legal sources. Then it returns jurisdiction-specific outputs with source attribution lawyers can check before relying on them.

Daily, mundane legal tasks (ranging from summarization, document comparison, insight extraction) are managed by Legora's AI tool. It's accessible across the platform, including the Outlook Add-In, so lawyers can query matter context and summarize documents, or even pull research from their inbox without opening a separate app.

The tool - a recently launched AI feature - scans global regulation continuously and surfaces changes before they are sent to the clients. It filters by jurisdiction and practice area, so teams get targeted alerts and have no need to manually triage. In addition, it actively analyzes each regulatory update to figure what actually changed, what it means, and what action might be required. In turn, legal teams get an interpreted alert, not merely a wall of raw legislative text that’s needed to be parsed.

The Legora Agent, another recent addition to the tool - runs complex multi-step legal tasks end-to-end. Besides planning the approach, the feature also executes across the connected sources, all while reviewing its own output, and delivering a consolidated result. The Agent is designed to produce completed work, such as full M&A due diligence summaries and litigation documents, so lawyers only have to focus on reviewing and analyzing the content within.
