Pros

LexWorkplace is great for managing law firm documents in the cloud. Also I like that it handles both emails and documents, plus it has really powerful search features.

Cons

Few things I have noticed is that uploading emails can be slow and sometimes the launcher glitches which causes document uploads to stop resulting in lost work.

Pros

We were looking for a document management app to help us with a lot of things but mainly to access our data from anywhere with an internet connection. We needed powerful security, the ability to search within the database and to manage document properties and versions. With so many people working on the same document, we used to run into issues with using the most up-to-date version. Now we only have one document and it shows all versions with a timeline of who saved each version and when. We can even revert to an older version if needed. This feature alone has saved us so much time. Plus we no longer have to maintain an on-premises server. I could go on but to sum it up, it has been a great addition to our firm's practice.

Cons

I would prefer to get rid of having to scroll through pages in the software and just let users scroll like they do in File Explorer to see what's in a folder.
