“effective for document comparisons but formatting differences confuse me”
Pros
I am impressed by how fast and effective it is for side-by-side document comparisons. It highlights changes clearly and makes it really easy for me to pinpoint where the differences are within the document.
Cons
Personally I find it gets confused when the formatting differs between files. The match summary at the bottom doesn't help me much and there's no feature to tell whether two passages that use different wording actually say the same thing.

“Works great but costs a lot”
Pros
For me the integrations work flawlessly.. they connect and sync without any hiccups or manual tweaking. On top of that the platform itself is very easy to use from the first login. Combined that makes it feel truly best-in-class: powerful where it needs to be and effortless where it matters most.
Cons
However the price and licensing model are a downside for me.
