Using it couldn't be easier. I recently brought an assistant on board and on her first day we spent twenty minutes together while I walked her through the platform. That brief walkthrough was enough. She wasn't an expert afterward, of course but she could complete the tasks I needed following that twenty-minute demo. Honestly it's just that easy with almost no extra effort.

As a beginner, this tool put me at ease, it's very user-friendly. The efficient, effective features are another plus for example being able to test search terms without executing them saves a lot of time. Also the easy upload and download functions give me full control over the entire EDRM workflow.

The layout across all the different parts of the document review is really simple and easy to navigate. I also like how quickly I can switch to another reviewer or change the custodian to look up particular documents without wasting time. The keyword search performs reliably and finds what I am after. It's easy to open the customer support chat if any problem pops up while I am working in the app. On top of that, support staff consistently reply promptly whenever I flag an issue.

Powerful yet simple to handle. The entire workflow feels very simple. From bringing in data to reviewing, searching, tagging and culling, everything is laid out and easy to control. I've discovered that the support options, whether the live chat or the tutorial videos, have both been extremely useful. It surprised me how fast chat and email replies came back to me when I had questions. Issues I raised about document processing and bates numbering were covered in the video guides and resolved all the doubts I had.
