User-friendly interface with strong production tools

Pros

It's perfect how user-friendly the interface is and I am especially into the document production/download capability.

Cons

Effortless tagging and exporting workflow

Pros

Personally I find the tool very user-friendly, I can effortlessly upload files, go through documents, tag them and export everything without hassle.

Cons

I find adding users to a dataset somewhat buggy, it would really help if I could add multiple users in one go instead of doing them one by one.

great tool with excellent support

Pros

Honestly I find this tool excellent, it's really comprehensive, very great and becomes easy to navigate once I get the hang of it. What I appreciate most, to be frank, is the outstanding customer support. They're super responsive and helpful, quickly resolving my problems and never making fun of me even when the issue clearly turns out to be user error.

Cons

I've noticed a bit of a learning curve initially but honestly it's pretty minor and really not that difficult to overcome.

easy interface for large volumes

Pros

it is really easy to pick up and use, the interface feels simple and the search works great. I can upload large volumes of documents and quickly go through them and run document productions when needed.

Cons

Occasionally, uploading or downloading large batches of documents feels a bit slow for me.

convenient design with powerful features

Pros

The interface is pretty simple, even with all the complex features it can handle all my tasks.

Cons

It annoys me that I can't remove tags when I decide they're no longer needed which forces me to keep things organized in a way I don't want. Also, sending out easy discovery documents feels unnecessarily complex and tough, instead of being quick and simple. I'd love an easy option to just send everything I've stored at once without having to rely on tags or manually select items each time.

simple and highly feasible software

Pros

software is wonderfully simple and simple and that's honestly the feature I appreciate most.

Cons

As a user, I struggle because the program isn't very flexible when it comes to modifying tags or custodian details.

aligned eDiscovery for paralegals and attorneys

Pros

As a Systems Admin, I've discovered that this platform lets me hand off eDiscovery data and case work to paralegals and attorneys themselves after only a brief walkthrough. My team and I take advantage of the vendor's end-user training, with their instructors applying their expertise and time to train our users which significantly reduces the IT effort required to support and teach the product. Once you grasp their particular "search" approach for selecting and filtering documents, the interface becomes easy to use, easy to navigate and creating productions turns into a routine task. Losing our practice group's staff member, who wasn't replaced, left us without the practical knowledge to spin up new matters or manage the data mappings and all the little production nuances, so we were nearly incapable of handling additional eDiscovery requests for our attorneys. Not having to maintain an on-premises, management-heavy, proprietary eDiscovery solution has freed up a huge amount of resources and even headcount, so I can redirect time and effort elsewhere. When we were struggling, this tool stepped in and allowed us to deliver a professional, dependable solution to meet our attorneys' eDiscovery needs and I am genuinely relieved it solved a problem we couldn't otherwise fix.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything negative to mention about it.

minimal training with responsive support

Pros

It's easy to use and, in my experience, demands very little end-user training. Attorneys and paralegals in our office pick it up quickly and I rarely see any need for IT help to operate it. I also find the user support excellent and very responsive.

Cons

I'd really like to see more reporting options added so we can handle the non-standard requirements our firm has more effectively.

Perfect fit for small law firms

Pros

Finding a great discovery management platform for our small law firm felt like a needle-in-a-haystack situation at first, most options were expensive and required heavy training for the attorneys. After I finally got hands-on with this tool, it became clear it was exactly the right fit for us. I really appreciate their scalable pricing model that only bills for the data we actually use, that makes costs predictable and lets us transparently pass expenses on to clients by project. The interface is refreshingly simple and simple, too, so our attorneys needed almost no formal training to jump in and start reviewing documents. Tagging, commenting and redaction work exactly as you'd hope which cuts down on friction. Plus because it supports uploading discovery database files, it feels powerful under the hood while still keeping the user experience easy and approachable.

Cons

Getting the hang of managing database uploads was a little finicky at the beginning and required me to spend some time learning the quirks. Thankfully, the support team is easy to reach and walked me through the process step by step which made the learning curve much less stressful and helped me become comfortable with uploads pretty quickly.

saves hours with feasible design

Pros

At my firm, we seldom take on large document review engagements, so when the occasion came up I was thrilled to discover this tool. The program has saved us countless hours of effort and is remarkably simple to use.

Cons

One improvement I'd really welcome would be a dedicated mobile app so I can access, review and edit documents while I am on the move.

Pros

The interface is pretty easy and I really like the colored buttons since they make it much easier to choose the correct tag quickly.

Cons

I sometimes find it takes quite a while to navigate into the correct saved search which can be frustrating when I am trying to work quickly.

easy tool even for non-tech users

Pros

Even without much technical knowledge, the tool is easy and user-friendly for me.

Cons

A couple of times the support team couldn't actually answer fairly common questions I had and I got the sense they were juggling tasks and weren't really listening.

Pros
