I've come to rely on this platform as the most all-in-one, simple and user-friendly litigation software available. It's ridiculously easy, so much so that even an attorney could jump in and use it without a steep learning curve. What I find brilliant is the ability to tag someone in a comment which then sends them an email containing that comment plus a direct link to the document, that feature is hands-down the smartest part of this software.
