Admittedly at first I faced a steep learning curve figuring out how the software works because I hadn't really handled eDiscovery specifics before but like anything new, the more I experimented with its features and applied it to our case matters, the more easy and simple it became to use in my experience.

Tagging is so easy and I can quickly tell how many hot documents I have in each category. It's simple to move between documents and locate keywords and the whole thing opens really fast.

Honestly what I love is how easy the whole process and review workflow is. With our previous solution I always had to rely on both the vendor and our IT team to get data processed. Processing used to crawl and although it eventually worked, the search and review features were pretty limited. Now with this tool I can kick off processing from anywhere there's WiFi and don't need to sit around waiting on vendor or IT support to begin. The filter carousel is great, it gives me a huge amount of detail about the collection as soon as processing finishes. Basically, this tool does the initial pass through documents for me which saves a ton of time.
