“Reliable import and export tools

Document import and export tools are fantastic. I've already wasted way too many hours wrestling with load files in other programs and I am really not keen on ever having to go through that again.

its perfect that how fast I can work through tens of thousands of relevant documents with this tool, it trims what used to take me hours down to minutes. Because I log into the site every day, I've gotten plenty of practice sorting huge batches of documents and the fact that it flags the right files for me automatically really cuts down on guesswork and speeds up my workflow. The feature I use the most and appreciate is the ability to save searches.

the document-review UI could use a bit of polishing. I find uploading a database received from the other side is far too convoluted and hard to follow. The system should automatically perform the easy, mechanical conversions, like transforming text files between formats, but instead it expects me to do those repetitive steps manually. Also, it fails to properly handle very old Word documents.

Sometimes the app loads a bit slowly, especially when I am out of the office and I notice a frustrating behavior where elements that have already rendered shift downward as the rest of the page continues loading, when I am trying to work quickly I frequently press the wrong buttons or tags by accident.
