We still have to outsource paper scanning and then upload those scanned files into this system which adds an extra step. That said, I don't view that as a shortcoming of the tool itself.

One thing I really appreciate about this program is how easy it is for both attorneys and paralegals to use, plus I can load, examine and output documents and data directly without racking up extra hourly processing charges. Being able to send production links straight from the application is super convenient too since it removes the hassle of setting up separate file links or doing an FTP transfer.

“Reliable investigation support

Pros

Okay so... I rely on this product during investigations alongside the other tools we have in our tech stack. It's been extremely useful for e-discovery especially when I need to determine when files were created, modified and so on. Another feature I like is the quick keyword searching and the ability to tag files on the fly. From there, generating reports and exporting results based on those tags is easy.

What I appreciate most is the customer service and the great filtering system. Screensharing and their quick response times are consistently excellent as well. Beyond that, I really value how the whole platform centers on FILTERS and TAGS. I understand the approach and I am a fan of the easy design that helps pull out very nuanced data.

Using this software, I can generate a complete privilege log in just a few minutes simply by applying filters which means I no longer have to wade through printed files or manually enter all the details for each privileged email.

UI updates are great, for me saving searches and generating downloads feels much simpler and more easy than before.

A big annoyance for me is that the system forces a saved search before allowing any downloads, the whole download flow and the process for applying Bates stamps both feel unfinished and need more refinement. It would also help if the application automatically preserved my work especially redactions, before the auto-timeout kicks in so I don't lose progress and have to redo everything.

it is easy to use, the live updates keep everything current and I can import older database files from Summation, Concordance, Relativity and similar systems. Their support team is outstanding, incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I need assistance.

Cons

From my perspective as an administrator, there's very little about the product that bothers me, however, occasionally I struggle when uploading legacy load files and text files because they can be finicky. Fortunately, the support staff are consistently willing to jump in and guide me through those tricky imports, so I rarely get stuck for long.

“always responsive when it matters

Pros

Being responsive matters a lot in my line of work and I find that Logikull absolutely nails it every time.

I only wish I'd discovered them sooner, I would have teamed up with them earlier.
