“Feature-rich, updated, great support”
Pros
This tool has been excellent for me. I appreciate that they constantly update plugins and add new features. I tried a few other platforms before choosing it and this one felt the easiest to use, looked the best and their support team has been super helpful.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints at the moment. If I had to nitpick about something, it would be the lack of a simple, built-in report that clearly breaks my tracked hours down by each month.

“Full-featured, connects to Outlook & Alexa”
Pros
I'm finding the app extremely easy to use and it's fully featured rather than a stripped-down version. You can really tell that real attorneys influenced how the features and layout work. I also love that it connects to Outlook and even Alexa so every morning Alexa reads my schedule to me, a small feature but it's surprisingly awesome!
Cons
Personally I haven't found any issues with it but coworkers around the office keep grumbling about the calendar, that's the only complaint I've heard repeatedly.

“easy navigation & mobile logging”
Pros
What I like most is how simple it is to navigate. Logging my time on my smartphone while working makes preparing invoices and billing really easy.
Cons
My biggest problem with this tool is the way they price their service. I end up paying the same fee for every user account, even when some users are attorneys and others are support or administrative personnel.

The interface is easy to get around and for the most part, it's very user-friendly. I appreciate this because many of the attorneys I work with aren't very tech-savvy.
Cons
When I create new matters and contacts it feels clunky and takes longer than it should, the process could be smoother and save me more time.

Pros
When I started my law firm, a friend recommended it and after the seven-day free trial, I was convinced. The support is fantastic, the pricing is reasonable and I feel it's worth every penny.
Cons
Right now I don't really have any complaints. The app is pretty simple but I do think you should watch the walkthrough videos so you can make the most of what you're paying for.

Pros
One thing I really like is how everything works together. I can use LawPay, QuickBooks and Dropbox directly from it without switching systems. As a new solo firm owner, I just wish I had more hours in the day to explore all the features thoroughly.
Cons
I do wish the subscription price were a bit more affordable though I genuinely think it's worth the cost. I haven't discovered anything about the software that I dislike. Whenever I want to do something, I'm able to find a way to adjust or customize the program so it works the way I need it to.

I really like how simple time entry, setting up matters and handling billing are, it makes my workflow so much smoother. I know the system has more capabilities than I'm currently using and I'm excited to explore and start using those extra features.
Cons

Pros
Using it feels extremely simple. The dashboard snapshot for each case is fantastic, I can quickly see what's in trust, the next task and other key details at a glance.
Cons
Absolutely loved this software at first but my positive experience fell apart once problems started happening with the Box sync. Files and documents were disappearing which was extremely frustrating. every time we contacted tech support about missing items they immediately told us it was "user error," which never felt right. After carefully tracking what was happening, we were eventually able to demonstrate that the issue wasn't us but the program itself: it was remapping the locations of several folders into places we weren't monitoring. A large portion of each support call ended up with us trying to convince them it wasn't our mistake. Only after they dug deeper did support admit there was, in fact, a software glitch.

Pros
For me it's really easy to use, as someone new I learned the basics quickly, the support has been fantastic, there are plenty of training modules available, fixing mistakes is simple and overall the experience feels very user-friendly.
Cons
I do notice some awkwardness when moving between screens at times but I suspect that's likely my own user error and I'm confident I'll sort it out the more I use the software.

Pros
We got a ton of value from our session today. We're particularly excited about how quickly we can get guidance from the system. On top of that, we really appreciate TAGS, Workflows, the templates and the intake automation, they make our processes so much smoother and more efficient.
Cons
Not a con but I worry about the per-seat pricing at scale although I do think the rates are reasonable overall.

Pros
As someone who uses it in my law office every single day, I find it extremely simple and very user-friendly. The app includes a huge array of features that speed up even the tiniest tasks and free up valuable administrative time. It connects with all of my preferred tools, QBO, MailChimp and Box so communicating with clients is much easier and routine mailings stay on track. When I rely on lots of form templates, the template builder saves me a tremendous amount of time and helps reduce user mistakes and oversights. Because the program is so easy, I hardly ever run into problems and I'm genuinely grateful for how simple it is to use. Still, on the rare occasion I need help, a quick message to the it team typically gets answered within minutes, they either resolve the issue right away or at least provide an update and an expected completion time. The responsiveness and helpfulness of their support make running a small practice far less stressful so I truly couldn't recommend this program more to solo practitioners or small legal firms.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints, the team is constantly rolling out updates to the software and the programs it integrates with. They also provide online tutorial videos and I often learn new ways to use the system from the regular updates and guidance the team shares. This ongoing improvement is something I really appreciate.

I've really enjoyed this tool so far. I'm still gradually getting familiar with the platform but I appreciate the automation options and the billing features. Using this tool adds clear value for any solo attorney or small law firm I support in their back office and it's a great way for me to practice and sharpen my skills with real-world legal operations.
Cons
As a non-attorney providing online legal accounting services, I don't get as much hands-on time with the system as an attorney would. Most of my interaction has gone toward using the platform to market my business rather than deeper practice management tasks. I'm not trying to imply this is what I dislike most about the software but it's been my primary experience so far.

“Trial & tutorials made easy”
Pros
After spending a lot of time comparing the different platforms on the market, I requested trial accounts and tested several options in depth. I also listened to recommendations from other lawyers which helped me decide on it for a couple of important reasons. For starters, their tutorials are excellent and their customer service team is reliably available when I need help or have questions. Another big plus was that I wasn't pressured to finish the trial within 20 or 30 days, instead, they let me have unlimited access to test three clients for as long as I felt necessary to genuinely evaluate how the software would integrate with my workflows and caseload. In practice it has performed very well, freeing up my time so I can handle more billable work and smoothing out income management which allows me to concentrate more on making money and less on chasing payments and managing paperwork.
Cons
I'm not aware of any real drawbacks so far, not that they don't exist but I'm still relatively new to the system and haven't explored every feature yet. Because I haven't used all the functions, I can't honestly point to specific negatives at this stage so I'll reserve judgment until I've spent more time digging into the platform's full capabilities.

“Launch help: tutorials & chat”
Pros
What helped me launch my law firm was how user-friendly the platform is and the tutorials that let me quickly pick up the necessary knowledge to use every feature were absolutely vital. Another major strength of this tool, in my opinion, is its outstanding team. I really appreciate the one-on-one training sessions and the fact that many of the features I had questions about were already listed on the trainer's agenda (they even sent that ahead of time). That saved me time and meant I only needed to request extra topics when necessary. I also enjoy the tutorials, templates, pop-ups and live chat. Live chat has been a lifesaver in tight situations when I run into new challenges, like linking two client matters. I like that links to relevant video tutorials appear while I wait for a team member's reply so I can see whether a step-by-step video answers my question. I refer back to those videos all the time.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about the software. The only snag I experienced was with syncing the LawPay integration to it which prevented one of my clients from submitting their credit card payment online. After LawPay approval there was an extra step required where you have to go into your it account settings and choose the bank accounts you want to associate with LawPay and no instructions pointed this out during setup. It seemed more like a LawPay-side complication because their approval process took about three days. Since it is so easy, I managed to track down the issue myself and processed my client's payment within minutes. Both it and LawPay responded quickly to the problem and handled it very well.
