“Hands-on training and integrations”
Pros
I've really liked the hands-on training and the ongoing support that showed me how to use the software. It's great that the information stays synchronized across the platform. The Client Portal is useful and the connectors to LawPay and Mailchimp make things much smoother.
Cons
I haven't really noticed any other drawbacks so far.

“Helpful training and listening team”
Pros
Their training videos have been really helpful for me. I can schedule unlimited appointments for more in-depth or specialized training and I appreciate that the team listens to users and makes improvements accordingly.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints.

“User-friendly with responsive support”
Pros
My team and I find the software incredibly user-friendly and we really appreciate how friendly and responsive it's support staff are.
Cons
I've seen that invoices don't automatically refresh the client's trust account balance which is inconvenient. Also, recurring calendar events don't differentiate between "same day of the month" and "same date of the month," which makes setting up repeats a bit confusing.

“Centralized workflows keep work organized”
Pros
I've found that being able to manage nearly every part of a client matter from one centralized place is what makes it most efficient for me. What I like best is the workflow organization feature, it lets us lay out upcoming tasks and events for a case. That creates a clear roadmap of the matter and really helps keep our workload structured and easier to handle.
Cons
We've noticed that some of the software integrations can be a bit time-consuming to install, having better default configurations would make setup smoother. Also, a few integrations only support certain third-party tools which could cause problems for firms that already rely on a particular software stack.

“easy setup and daily reliability”
Pros
ease of use - Over the past year I experimented with several different products trying to locate one that was affordable, easy to set up and operate, provided great support if something went wrong and met most of the requirements I have for practice management software. it was remarkably simple to learn, I truly had it up and running in MINUTeS. No exaggeration, MINUTeS. Although I'm still exploring a few features, I've relied on it every day for more than a month and honestly have had no complaints whatsoever. The whole experience feels very simple and natural and I constantly berate myself for not discovering and adopting it much earlier.
Cons
There are just a few small adjustments that would make it perfect, mostly personal taste and not necessarily important to everyone. The reassuring thing about these minor issues is that it actually listens: when I suggest a new capability they seriously consider adding it, or will alter something to make the workflow smoother and easier to use.

“Reliable help and simple use”
Pros
I'm grateful that the team always has my back and consistently replies whenever I reach out with questions. I also find the system very user-friendly and so simple to use for everyday work.
Cons
i haven't found much to dislike besides the invoice printing and I think that quirk is actually more on me than on PP.

“solo practice management”
Pros
This software feels very approachable to me and includes everything needed to launch or manage a small solo practice. From invoicing to appointment booking, it keeps my work organized and the mobile app lets me manage things easily while on the go.
Cons
I'm disappointed that this isn't an accounting package because it feels like the developers don't fully acknowledge how important certain fundamental accounting features are for a small practice. For instance, I can't generate a single comprehensive report or printable summary that captures all of a client's financial activity, both the money coming in and the invoices issued out to them. That kind of congreatated report is absolutely crucial when I'm closing an account and want to hand the client a clear, professional overview of their transactions.

“User-friendly and affordable tool”
Pros
Using this app was genuinely enjoyable for me especially since it's far more user-friendly and significantly more affordable than Clio making the switch worthwhile.
Cons
When I first opened it the interface felt a bit overwhelming but the tutorial video was really helpful and got me up to speed.

“Limited app integration”
Pros
Phenomenal customer service has stood out to me, even though the program itself still feels somewhat limited and doesn't yet sync with Outlook.
Cons
It won't connect with the day-to-day apps I use, especially Outlook which is a real drawback for me.

“Risky file sync and poor support”
Pros
nothing to mention here from my side.
Cons
Warning: a serious glitch can delete all your files and the app gives no warning about it. Like many users, I linked my it account to Box and to my Outlook inbox and I only found out the hard way that customizing folders in Box Desktop/Box Sync or in Outlook causes it to eventually treat those folders and files as unrecognized because they weren't created inside it. The end result was that it cleared out folders and files I had organized myself. Customer support added to the frustration, they default to email help which meant I kept getting messages from a tech that were just links to DIY articles instead of real assistance. When something is going wrong, a link isn't what I need, I wanted someone to remote into my computer and fix it. I was shocked and pretty upset by how disruptive this was to my work. Overall this experience was awful and I wouldn't recommend wasting money on the software. If they can't safeguard crucial client files or respond quickly to urgent user needs, then they don't understand the legal market or what lawyers truly require.

“Flexible onboarding with strong automation”
Pros
Customer service team is incredibly accessible, you can get help right through the website or app, and they're very accommodating when it comes to specific requests. The program itself is easy, once you enter the basic details, bringing other attorneys and staff up to speed becomes effortless. It's reps even offered to assist with training and provided one-on-one sessions when needed which made onboarding much smoother. The iPhone app is clean and simple, yet it lets me handle everything I need while I'm in court. I never have to worry about missing hearing dates or forgetting to review certain files or documents because I can create a task and set reminders in under a minute and they pop up exactly as scheduled. The calendar syncs with Google Calendar and they transferred all of our client contacts from QuickBooks Online which saved us countless hours of manual data entry. We're now exploring the more advanced features like templates, workflows and other automations and that's really where the software stands out. You can define custom fields, decide which information matters for each matter and add details as you go. The overall flexibility and quick access to everything, including client files stored in Dropbox that can mirror any network, is unmatched. I'm genuinely happy we chose this tool, the time saved thanks to always-available customer care is priceless. I strongly recommend it for law firms of any size.
Cons
We're still in the process of moving the office from a paper-based filing and calendar system to everything online, so there's a bit of a learning curve for the team. One improvement I'd love to see is a standalone calendar app that functions separately from the main phone app, similar to Google Calendar. Also, it would be great to have a default option to set workflows so they do not automatically email assignees when applied. That's a minor tweak, though, overall I don't have any major complaints.

“Strong calendars and billing tools”
Pros
I'm really happy with how well it works. It excels at calendar management, syncing client details, tracking billable time and processing and overseeing payments.
Cons
It would be great if the app handled document timelines and offered stronger review tools, I'd also like built-in Bates numbering and the ability to send files for e-signature without relying on an external provider.

“Central hub with customization”
Pros
In our office everything lives in one central place which really helps build cohesion and keeps everyone on the same page. I also find the software to be very simple and it lets me create custom categories to suit our workflow.
Cons
Getting everything set up was a bit of a process when I already had a lot of cases in progress, entering clients, adjusters, opposing counsel and the like ended up taking quite a bit of time.

“Simple invoicing across devices”
Pros
What I like is how easy it is to use, especially when creating invoices, plus it brings together all my work and office tasks and I can access everything from each of my devices.
Cons
Given I haven't used it extensively yet, I'm a bit unsure about the matter and contact numbering system, perhaps it's just me not understanding it but I don't get how or why those numbers are assigned and why they have to be entered manually.

“Unified files with great support”
Pros
Bringing together all of our client files and billing into a single application has been incredibly easy and the support team has been outstanding, consistently responsive and attentive to everything we ask for.
Cons
We honestly can't point to any downsides with the software, since we're not a conventional law firm, the application and the support crew have both worked wonderfully for our specific needs and workflow.

“Smooth onboarding and simple tools”
Pros
I'm really impressed by how easy it is to operate. The onboarding and training helped me get comfortable with the program, yet honestly each feature is simple and took me very little time to learn and start using.
Cons
Because I often switch between different matters while I'm out and about, I need the ability to run several timers at the same time. Right now the app doesn't support simultaneous timers which is a feature I find really essential.
