Pros
Hands down, their support is the best. I've rung them late in the evening for help and they always pick up. The team patiently guides me through whatever I need, step by step and when the app can't do something yet they log it and follow up. I also notice they keep rolling out useful new features all the time which I really appreciate.
Cons
every so often, about once a week, when I click the timer at the top of the webpage, it doesn't start right away. Refreshing fixes it but it's a minor annoyance I notice occasionally.

“Reliable support for paperless practice”
Pros
Back when I launched Lawfully Yours around eight years ago and was running my office on a Mac, I relied on Lawstream because it was one of the few legal software options I could find. Over time Lawstream stopped meeting my needs and couldn't support my move toward a paperless practice. By contrast, it's team, and their round-the-clock support, have been absolutely fantastic for me.
Cons

Okay so.... I'm really pleased with the company's customer support, the training videos are clear and easy to follow and our clients genuinely like the features as well.
Cons
One minor thing I'd like improved is the BCC/mail sync feature while sending emails through Outlook. I know downloading the vCard works but a simpler approach would be better.

What bothers me is they've added a feature that requires an extra payment, even though the original marketing said there wouldn't be any further charges for updates.

Pros
As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy the system makes sense to me and feels simple throughout. Finding information is quick, page behavior feels logical and customer support has been excellent and easy to work with.
Cons
Wish there were more search options sometimes I want to look someone up by phone number or by address and those filters aren't available right now. Also, there's no recurring billing feature at the moment so if I have clients I charge the same amount every month, I can't set that up to run automatically.

Pros
simple layout works well for me, especially how client contacts link directly to matters and non-clients can be added as relationships. Invoicing is flexible and clear, file uploads are simple and accessing everything from my phone has been extremely convenient.
Cons
There are a few things I'd like improved. For one, the Dashboard could be more flexible, it would be great if it could automatically show a one-month window that starts on a date other than the 1st so I don't have to reset it every time. I also want the ability to post payments to more than one account and an easier way to correct invoice or payment entry mistakes that I don't catch until after a payment is made. Finally, a cheaper rate to add a single person to the account would be appreciated.

I've found the app extremely user-friendly and simple to move around. Whenever I have how-to questions, the help center contains clear answers. If I need extra support, it's easy to submit queries and they reply quickly. Before I bought it I did my homework and saw that the pricing was transparent and all-inclusive. After using the software, I appreciated even more what a strong value it represents. All in all, I'm really happy with it and have told other firms about it.
Cons
When I first started, there wasn't a way to write off outstanding balances which was inconvenient. They fixed that recently, so I can now mark overdue balances as write-offs which makes accounting much easier for me.

Pros
Before I started using it, I was juggling three different locally installed programs, one for billing, another for client management and a separate one for creating forms. it has congreatated all of that into a single cloud-based platform that replaced every one of those tools. Because it's hosted in the cloud, our firm can use it across multiple devices and from any location with internet access, for instance, I'm sitting in a coffee shop using my iPad right now after having entered billable time on my Android phone earlier today. The client portal has been a real game changer for us. I haven't fully moved over to the portal's email-replacement feature yet, I'm taking baby steps, but even without that, it's made a massive difference with billing and in shaping the professional image we present to clients. I've received several compliments about the portal and it genuinely aligns sending invoices, makes paying them easy and overall makes working with clients much easier and more pleasant.
Cons
I do wish this tool had a more advanced document-assembly and CRM capability, similar to Lexicata. I'm confident the team is working on additional integrations and overall the positives of the software far outweigh this shortcoming.

After I opened my own office and compared several practice management systems, I decided on it and have been extremely happy with that choice. The platform feels very simple and being cloud-based makes it effortless to connect with other cloud tools I rely on, like email, calendars, document storage and credit card processors. It really serves as a central, user-friendly hub for running my entire law practice. The billing feature in particular feels almost magical, something that used to take up so much time is now handled in just a few clicks. In roughly 15 seconds I can produce an invoice, send it to a client electronically and accept payment online which has aligned my workflow tremendously.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't noticed any downsides.

The user-friendliness and visual layout really impress me. In every respect this program feels like a lawyer mapped out "this is what I need and expect and how it should appear" and a tech then built it. Its capabilities truly definitely stand far above the rest of the field.
Cons
Billing was confusing at first for me, handling invoices and multiple accounts, marking payments, etc., but the video tutorials quickly resolved everything.

What I like most is the invoicing tool because it shows me how many times a client has opened their bill which is extremely useful. For me, adding interest is simple and clients can click a link and pay immediately. That one-click payment option has made collecting payments much easier than before.
Cons
One improvement I'd like is the ability to turn a calendar entry into a time entry with a single click that also marks it complete. That would save me from repeating steps every time.

I'm really glad the system is cloud-based and easier to learn than I expected. With only basic web skills, I was able to get comfortable using it pretty quickly without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
Personally, I'd prefer if 'contacts' and 'clients' were handled as separate entities instead of lumped together and it would be great if any contacts I add into custom fields on a matter page were automatically linked into that matter's relationships. I'd also love to see the relationships tab gain tools to create mailing lists or proofs of service directly which would save me a lot of manual effort when preparing communications or filings.

The templates feature is going to cut down manual data entry in my practice by a huge margin which helps productivity and boosts revenue. I've tested several competitors like MyCase, RocketMatter and Clio and this one feels more thoughtfully built and far easier for me to work with.

Creating custom intake forms works really well for me and adding custom fields doesn't take much effort. Those details automatically become part of the permanent record which I appreciate. Billing is also quick since I can charge hourly or set flat fees and send emails that allow instant payment. The system responds quickly and the overall look is clean and pleasant to work with.
Cons
umm i dont really have any major complaints, using this makes me brainstorm new features all the time and I'm pretty sure it is already working on many of those ideas. One minor annoyance is the persistent 'refer a friend' advertising box that sits in the upper-right corner, I'm not sure if there's any option to hide it. I'm still getting used to the software and so far I only have suggestions for gradual improvements rather than true criticisms which I expect will evolve over time.

I picked this up because it didn't take long to learn and felt accessible right away. Their support team gets back to me quickly whenever I need help. Since it works across devices and platforms, I can access it anywhere. I also like that it connects with QuickBooks, Google Drive, Microsoft 365 and Dropbox and being able to work remotely has completely changed how I manage my practice.
Cons
For me, the biggest shortcoming is the missing relational links between opposing counsel, courts and clients, because I can't easily see every case associated with a particular judge or opposing lawyer. Also, the preset fields are too limited, I wish there were more customization options so I could tailor client setup and increase the amount of information I can enter to better reflect each situation.
