“User friendly tool”
Pros
What I love most about it is how user-friendly it feels. When I sign in, the key details I rely on are immediately visible and easy to find. On top of that, I appreciate having a single button available on every page that jumps me to any part of the site, it's extremely handy!
Cons
My only real problem is with the mobile app which feels like a wrapped version of the website rather than a native application. I'd much prefer a true iPhone-native app designed for mobile so I wouldn't have to constantly scroll or pinch-zoom to navigate and get tasks done quickly and smoothly.

“Simple accounting integrations”
Pros
I really appreciate how smoothly it connects with many of our current accounting and payment tools, including QuickBooks and LawPay.
Cons
Personally, I find that some features I'd expect as baseline aren't included yet, for example, workflows can't trigger from the moment a prior step is marked complete, instead every workflow follows preset dates rather than being event-driven.

“simple platform with responsive support”
Pros
When I was in charge of operations at my previous company, I frequently felt frustrated by my inability to use available technology in a thoughtful and efficient manner. Changing long-standing mindsets at an established firm seems to be a real hurdle that keeps many organizations from adopting technological solutions and, just as importantly, from continuing to use them. So when I chose to start fresh, I spent weeks putting virtually every software option through its paces. I tested the patience of several support teams as I pushed different platforms to their limits to ensure they could be adapted to the way I work and think. After I discovered it, it became clear I had found what I was looking for. The platform feels simple, is forward-thinking and addresses the priorities I care about most. Support responds quickly and efficiently. I'm genuinely excited to have it as a partner in running my practice.

“Paperless intake with automation”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that I can automate my documents and create templates so clients can use an iPad to complete intake forms and similar items. It's made a noticeable dent in the amount of paper we use around the office.
Cons
Would love a persistent widget or mini-timer I could keep open at all times so tracking my time would be quicker and less fiddly.

“Outstanding support with secure billing”
Pros
The support team is outstanding, they reply incredibly fast (I've had responses in as little as ten minutes) and have resolved every problem I've thrown at them. Beyond that, the app is easy and user-friendly, yet it satisfies all of my firm's requirements. I've become much more organized and my invoicing process is far smoother, plus I can exchange information with clients securely. To top it off, their pricing is more competitive than others in the market. I honestly think it's a no-brainer.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have many problems with this software. If I had to nitpick, they could introduce a few extra capabilities, like support for multiple trust accounts, but I've heard those features are on their roadmap and should be rolling out soon, so I really can't complain.

“easy mobile time tracking”
Pros
Whenever I've forgotten to log a time entry at the end of the day, I can whip out my phone and add it in no time at all! I tried out a number of different web-based practice management systems before I finally settled on it and at first I thought I might go with a competitor. After actually using it, though, I found the overall user experience to be far better than the other options I had tested. I also really value their customer service and support, they consistently help with any questions I have and are open to suggestions for additional features.
Cons
Some parts of the software aren't the easiest to navigate and I do find a few features a bit clunky but their customer service is outstanding and always ready to assist, so every question I've had has been resolved.

“aligned practice management”
Pros
Before we started using it, our office depended mostly on paper files and a basic online calendar to manage appointments and deadlines. Switching to it has unlocked so many new possibilities that have helped our expanding firm stay organized and operate more smoothly. The platform lets our attorneys focus more of their time on clients' legal matters rather than administrative tasks. It also boosts each lawyer's ability to serve their clients effectively. I'd recommend other lawyers give it a shot and see for themselves how it can help them keep up with cases and reach their full potential.
Cons
Not thrilled with how the folders are arranged in the box, I'd prefer them sorted by matter rather than by client. It would also be helpful to have a way to clearly separate matters that are closed from those still open.

“Accurate time tracking tools”
Pros
For me, it's incredibly simple to record my time each day and I'm also a big fan of the timer feature because it lets me log exactly what I do with precise, accurate detail.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike so far, the whole app feels very easy and is simple for me to grasp and use without any confusion.

“Simple billing and invoicing”
Pros
I've found the app incredibly user-friendly, especially for logging billable hours, generating invoices smoothly and emailing them to clients, it has simplified my time tracking and invoice creation so much and saved me a lot of time.
Cons
Honestly, I can't really think of many downsides, although I do wish the calendar would sync with events I already have scheduled elsewhere, it does offer its own calendar, however.

“Reliable core practice features”
Pros
For my needs, it's reliable and lets me rapidly create files, generate bills and produce invoices, honestly, what else could I want?
Cons
I'd like it to be more aligned and offer step-by-step prompts as I work, like asking whether I'm trying to do X or Y with simple multiple-choice options. I really dislike wrestling with tech, so the faster I can get in and out, the better.

“Unified tools improve workflow”
Pros
Using this tool has been very smooth and easy for me. Before we switched, my team had to rely on multiple programs that didn't work together, so tasks were repeated constantly. Since starting with it, things are running much more efficiently.
Cons
I really wish I'd bought the software earlier, it would have saved us time. Also, there are additional features I'm interested in that could help us raise efficiency even further and align more of our workflows.

“Powerful integrations and client portal”
Pros
Honestly, I can't praise this tool enough. It connects effortlessly with Box, QuickBooks, LawPay and Office 365. Moving client and matter information was surprisingly quick and within hours of setting up our account, we were ready to go. My clients love the Client Portal, they can securely upload documents, send private messages, view invoices and pay online. We left another platform, Rocket Matter, after two weeks due to integration issues but it has been a total relief. Their tech support actually solves problems instead of giving generic "no" answers. Whenever I ask if something is possible, the team finds a way to make it work. Overall, we're extremely happy with the platform.
Cons
Not all features were immediately obvious which frustrated us at first but as we kept using the system and explored its capabilities more, we became increasingly satisfied with our decision.

“Logical layout with updates”
Pros
The software is organized very logically which makes it easy for me to navigate. I also like that updates and new features are regularly added by the developers.
Cons
My trust accounting experience has gotten a lot better over time but there are still a few rough edges that bother me. The other main issue I run into relates to time entry: while we can add several time entries at once (up to ten), there's no option to kick off a timer directly on those rows on that screen, something I haven't formally suggested yet, and if I sign in from my phone or another computer before saving the list, all of the entries on the screen disappear and I lose that information.

“Affordable access across devices”
Pros
What stands out most for me is the affordable pricing, the interface that's simple to use and the ability to access it from anywhere, web, phone, or tablet. The support team is always responsive and helpful and new features are rolled out consistently.
Cons
On the downside, it can occasionally feel sluggish and pages may take a long time to load which frustrates me during busy work. I'd also like to see more pre-made document templates tailored to specific practice areas so I'm not reinventing the wheel. For example, having standard templates that a personal injury attorney would commonly use for a given matter or form would save time. Although it lets me build and reuse my own templates, it would be far more convenient if certain practice-specific templates were available out of the box.

“Next level legal management”
Pros
In a previous firm, I used Clio which was a step up from Time Matters. Starting my own firm led me to this tool which is another level entirely. We don't use all its features yet but the parts we do use are amazing. Clients fill out intake forms online and the system automatically generates estate planning documents. I can see revenue per client and overall and LawPay integration makes invoicing extremely simple for both my team and clients. It covers everything Clio did and more and the pricing is excellent.
Cons
I have no complaints.

Pros
The calendar feature has been a game-changer for me. I can view everyone's schedules which makes coordinating meetings and deadlines much easier than with our old system.

“Templates simplify daily work”
Pros
The template feature has become essential for my daily work.
Cons
I've noticed the app only lets me set up an email template to notify recipients about an invoice and another one to nudge them to pay it, I really wish there was an option to design and save more varied email templates for different scenarios.
