Pros
In the early days, I needed a lot of guidance and it's IT support was outstanding. They could remotely access my screen to troubleshoot issues which made solving problems much faster and less stressful. The invoicing system is fantastic: I can see my IOLTA and operating accounts, track client payments and manage unpaid invoices easily. LawPay integration simplifies credit card processing and retainer deductions happen automatically. I also love that the time-tracking device feeds directly into the system.

Pros
It is incredibly simple and saves me a lot of time. It connects easily with my bank accounts and calendar apps. On a few occasions, less-used features didn't behave as expected but support and the developers responded quickly to fix it.

Perfect tool and I honestly can't say enough good things about this tool. At Ticket Drop, we needed a reliable and affordable case management tool to support top-notch client service. It made everything easier, the client portal is simple for clients to use, communication is faster and we save a lot of time. Their support team patiently walks through any bumps and takes feedback seriously which really shows their commitment to being user-friendly.

I enjoy nearly every aspect of this program and I've listed most of what I like in my review.
Cons
Finding something I dislike about this software is genuinely difficult and on the rare occasion that a problem comes up it gets dealt with and repaired promptly. For instance, I struggled to configure my invoices at first but after reaching out to support and giving them temporary access, they resolved everything within minutes.

After spending months comparing what felt like every case management option out there, watching demos and using Capterra to narrow things down, I ultimately chose it. My team and I are now migrating our entire practice into the system and keep discovering features that align our office work. The software itself is easy to use and highly configurable. Because it's web-based, I can access it from any device with an internet connection which has been invaluable. We store all relevant case details and contacts in it and rely on the calendar for court dates, appearances, internal deadlines, tasks and reminders. I especially appreciate the workflow templates that let us set up recurring task sequences for new matters so we don't have to recreate the same checklist each time. it also makes logging time and recording expenses on every case simple and consistent. Another major plus is that everyone on the team can see and monitor each other's activity which cuts down on the need to constantly check in about task status. Since it integrates with Box.com, we can pull our case files straight from Box within the platform, that capability convinced us to move more of our documents into Box so everything is available from one place. The idea of having case information, calendaring and the case file accessible from anywhere is really exciting. There's a handy feature that lets me build custom intake questionnaires and send a link to prospective clients, their responses populate directly into it. The site also has clear demo videos and articles that helped me get up to speed even faster, though the system is simple enough that we could figure most things out on our own. Best of all, their customer support is consistently easy to reach, responsive and actually listens to feedback. I've seen many of my suggestions implemented quickly through regular product updates which makes me feel like they genuinely want to improve the product based on user input.

“Attractive interface with strong billing”
Pros
Personally, I find it really easy to use, with a huge array of features, billing and invoicing are easy, trust accounting works great and I think the interface looks very attractive.
Cons
One drawback I've found is the limited integrations compared with other tools, for instance, when it comes to file storage I'm stuck with just Box and Dropbox and I can't connect Google Drive which is frustrating.

It's unbelievably simple to adjust this software to shorten the time I spend running my practice. Whenever I have an issue or question the excellent customer support team handles it, patiently explaining, showing how things work or even modifying parts of the program so it becomes the best case management tool for me as the end user. We were looking for a practice management system for all the typical reasons anyone would want one but beyond that we had two specific needs that were hard to find elsewhere. First, we needed to build a searchable database of our practice using custom fields so we could reliably track key client details that come up repeatedly yet weren't easy to locate without a proper database. For example how many matters is a particular GAL handling or when is the fourth child's birthday? Second, we wanted the flexibility to keep our Mac-based office working on Dropbox with native, direct file access the same simple way we've always used, without downloading or leaving the familiar file setup while still keeping everything synced automatically with the practice management app and conversely to be able to work inside the practice management app, say on an iPad Pro, make edits to documents there and have those changes reflected in Dropbox. This solution delivers exactly that.

I really appreciate the secure client portal and simple interface, it's easy to navigate and gives me confidence when working with clients.
Cons
I'm really frustrated that there's no built-in email client, this is a HUGE problem for me, and because of that I don't have a smooth, end-to-end lead-to-fulfillment workflow. I also can't create custom pipeline reports for lead-to-fulfillment and the client login displays Panther branding instead of my logo!
