Pros
Being able to assign tasks to myself and my team is something I really like, as it helps me stay organized, manage calls and events and track progress efficiently.
Cons
Sometimes I wish I could tag certain tasks directly to my paralegal or legal assistant so they clearly see that the responsibility is theirs, rather than everyone getting the same reminders. Right now we all receive the alerts which creates confusion. I'd also love a single-click copy feature for MailSync because having to select, copy and paste each email is tedious. That extra manual work eats up time and feels like an easy fix the developers could implement.

“Multi-currency support, great case management”
Pros
The support for multiple currencies works well for me and having case numbers generated automatically is convenient. Case management feels great overall, custom fields are easy for me to add and while I've linked it with Chrometa, that particular integration hasn't been great in my experience.
Cons
As for document generation from templates, I'm disappointed, why can't they rely on Word merge fields? If they did, I'd be able to remove empty lines, use conditional if/then/else logic and a bunch of other useful features that Word merge supports. There's also no clear way for me to produce custom code that the system can call which limits what I can do. Another big issue is that it doesn't prevent duplicate imports of time records from Chrometa and I've found that to be a major drawback in my workflow.

Pros
every day I rely on this tool to log case events, it's become part of my routine. There's a ton of features I haven't explored yet but entering data is so easy and the fact that I can bring the tool into court proceedings is, in my opinion, its most valuable capability.
Cons
I find aspects of the flat-fee billing a bit hard to follow, it's likely just because I haven't spent enough time getting familiar with that billing model but it does confuse me at times.

“easy hour tracking and invoicing”
Pros
Using this application makes tracking my hours incredibly easy and I can quickly pull up information such as the accumulated time and fees for any client up to the current date, then export those entries directly onto an invoice without issue. It's a feasible process.
Cons
At times I find it a bit awkward to pull out very specific segments of data across different clients which is probably because I mostly stick to the basic timekeeping functions and haven't sharpened those advanced skills. Still, for what I need, chiefly just recording and tracking my time, I have no real complaints.

“Gmail & WealthCounsel integrations”
Pros
I've found the integrations with Gmail and WealthCounsel indispensable, it's ridiculously easy to send clients an electronic invoice and get payments online. The workflow feature is a favorite of mine, it's fantastic for keeping up with tasks and automating deadline monitoring. I also rely on the Activity Dashboard a lot since it helps me stay on top of my everyday activities.
Cons
It does require some time before you really dive in and make full use of everything this software offers, I needed to spend a while getting comfortable with all its capabilities. The templates section is particularly extensive and can feel overwhelming but after using it a handful of times I was able to learn the ropes and understand how it all fits together.

“easy time-tracking for beginners”
Pros
Being new to time-tracking software, I was pretty anxious about logging hours accurately but this tool smoothed that learning curve. It let me batch-add entries, run several timers at once and tuck personal notes into each time entry, notes I can export later into excel. Those capabilities made moving into billing my time a whole lot less stressful and genuinely easy for me. Overall I felt like the tools covered everything I needed to get started without much fuss.
Cons
I sometimes run into a limitation when I add multiple time entries: there's no way for me to include a private note for each one which I'd really like. Also, I haven't yet explored all the available integrations and feel a bit lost about how to connect other apps. It would help me a lot if there were a dedicated resource hub with walkthrough videos and step-by-step setup guides for integrations.

“simple setup and fast support”
Pros
I've been using it for about four years and it still feels like the right pick for my practice. What really won me over is how simple it is to get things done compared to my old software, where I constantly had to call contractors or pay extra just to get help. Their support team actually responds fast and guides me through any issues, plus the setup videos make it easy to understand all the integrations. I also love that it works with Microsoft Office, Box, Dropbox and QuickBooks, letting me access my files without moving them around.
Cons
At first there was a big push to roll out new features and I appreciated that momentum. Lately, I haven't noticed new features being released as often as before. That said I want to point out that the recent additions have been great, for example the workflows that include conditional logic and the e-signature capabilities are well done.

Pros
Honestly the app is really easy to get around and the collection of tutorial videos has taught me a lot. Whenever I'm unsure about something, their chat feature gives fast answers and even live help which saves me a lot of time.

“Organized desktop layout”
Pros
On my desktop the layout makes sense and I don't waste time hunting for anything. It feels organized and comfortable to use so I can focus on my work rather than the software.
Cons
On the mobile app whenever my screen rotates the whole app reloads and kicks me back to the home screen which is really frustrating. The time clock also freezes constantly and interrupts my workflow. Moving money around is a real headache, I had a client accidentally deposit funds into operating instead of the trust account and I couldn't find any way to transfer it back. It also seems like the app wasn't built for clients who have multiple cases or for situations where several people are paying for one case.

I really like how user-friendly this platform is and their support team is quick to respond whenever issues pop up. In our office, we use the billing, invoices, notes and document storage features the most and they keep everyone on the same page while helping us stay organized.
Cons
There are only a handful of things I dislike about the software. One of the biggest annoyances is that when I need to switch between matters, I have to navigate back to the client's profile and then enter the matters section again before selecting a different file. That process wastes time because I must wait for each page to finish loading.

What stands out the most for me is how easy the interface is to work with. The way everything is set up shows that the developers really thought it through making navigating and finishing tasks a pleasant experience.
Cons
One downside I've run into is that it's entirely cloud-based so whenever my Wi-Fi or the site itself acts up, I basically can't use the software at all.
