“clean and professional interface”
Pros
Interface looks really clean and professional for me. I can find everything I need without hunting around for different features or sections.
Cons
It takes some time to learn this tool at first. For me setting up the workflow maps for email automation was pretty tricky, had to do alot of trial and error before I got it working right. But once I figured it out, everything ran smoothly.
