Pros
Using this accounting system really cuts down on confusion. Billing customers feels simple and I can send invoices with full confidence that my work is accurate. It didn't take long to learn and the tips they send are genuinely useful. There's also training available for shortcuts and other helpful pointers.
Cons
having to uncheck the printer boxes in the Sent section is a bit annoying.

“Prompt responses from the team”
Pros
Compared with Timeslips, it feels much more user-friendly and the difference in support is unbelievable. With Timeslips, I could end up waiting days, weeks or even months for a case to be resolved. With TimeSolv, I consistently get a response along with the right solution. Tianne and Gigi have been incredible, they reply quickly, answer my questions and take the time to help work through whatever issue comes up.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any problems or features I disliked. Most of the time, if something seemed off, it was really because we didn't fully understand the situation. That hasn't been an issue with TimeSolv since their live support and help center always make sure you can get the answers you need.

From day one, it has been user-friendly and simple to work with. It handles everything we need and honestly, it offers even more features than we've actually used so far. It has really organized our billing and account management processes and the customer support is outstanding. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
There were a few problems at first with how interest was being applied but customer support helped resolve them.

Pros
Right from setup, it adapted well to the way my business works. Whether it's for legal, accounting or another service-based field, the system is flexible enough that I could create account structures and billing codes that match my needs instead of forcing me into generic terms that don't fit my clients or services. Once everything was configured, it mostly ran quietly in the background without getting in the way. The flexibility around charges and work codes is one of its biggest strengths. Even though I haven't had to rely on it for this, it also appears to provide the kind of documentation that would be very useful in the event of a worker productivity dispute.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the help resources. When an issue comes up, I usually have to call or send an email rather than finding the answer quickly on my own. A more complete online help library or Q&A section would make troubleshooting much faster. During the work week, support has always responded promptly so that part has not been a problem. Weekend issues though, can be more inconvenient. I'd also really prefer a faster way to remove old clients. At the moment, the account has to be cleared out first which takes extra time and I'd rather be able to simply delete inactive clients directly.
