Billing and time tracking feel really organized in TimeSolv. It's simple but it gets the job done well and works effectively.

Cons

I do wish it connected with more apps to support the workflow better. It would also be helpful to have a calendar feature and more batch processing options.

Entering my time feels very easy because the system takes a lot of the guesswork out of it. The monthly tracking is also really helpful since it gives me a clear view of whether I'm on pace to meet my required hours.

The only part that's less convenient is not being able to quickly view my time from the previous month without having to go into each individual day.

The memory feature works really well and the shortcuts for entering time are a big help. Being able to access it through the browser is also very convenient.

Getting to the different time-entry sections feels very easy and going back to update earlier entries is simple. The mobile app is also really convenient since I can log time while I'm away from my desk.

Once in a while, I type faster than the quick keys can keep up. I also think spell check may only be available to the administrator though I'm not completely certain.

Switching back and forth between entries from different dates can be difficult when I need to look at previous time entries.

Getting time into the system is very simple. If I already knew how long I had spent on a task, I could quickly enter a new time record manually or I could start with the timer and let it run after creating the entry. It also rounded time up to the nearest 15-minute increment which made keeping accurate billing time much more convenient.

Cons

One frustrating part was the timer running continuously if I forgot to stop it at the end of the day. When I logged back in the next morning, it would still be going and show that it had been running all night which meant I no longer knew the actual time spent on that project and had to make an estimate.

Right from the start, the program has been simple to use, with plenty of customization options, a price that feels very reasonable and customer service that has been excellent whenever needed.

At this point, I really don't have any complaints about the program. It has covered everything we were looking for.

Switching from Timeslips to TimeSolv turned out to be one of the best moves we've made. The transition was very simple and the system is incredibly user friendly. The biggest standout has been the customer service. Every representative I've spoken with has gone out of their way to make the changeover successful. It's always possible to reach a real person and they stay on the phone with you, explain everything clearly and walk you through any problem until it fully makes sense. Since we started using it, the time I spend on monthly billing has been reduced by half. I absolutely love it.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this software. After more than 20 years working as a Paralegal and Office Manager, this is the best billing program I've used.
