Cons

Pros
Handling separate client billings while still keeping an eye on my total weekly and monthly time has been really useful. It also helps that I can add extra costs like printing, travel and reimbursement expenses for each client. Another feature I appreciate is being able to view all of my billed hours together, then break them down by client and even by the specific case I'm working on.
Cons
Once the screen is minimized, the site becomes harder to navigate when I'm entering time. At that size, I can't clearly see the small calendar, what day I'm on or the total time I've billed and that information really helps me stay organized and plan my work. It would also be nice to have a few more personalized options, like choosing screen colors or adding reminders and notes to certain days when I can't enter a full description of the time and activity I billed that day.

Pros
TimeSolv stands out for its competitive pricing, user-friendly setup and a clean, user-friendly interface especially when compared with similar programs. The online guides are genuinely helpful and there's plenty of training and support available which makes getting started much easier. Having a mobile app is also a nice bonus. Another thing I appreciate is the 30-day trial since it gives people enough time to properly test the software, unlike competitors that only offer 7 days. I also value the user forum where people can suggest changes and new features because the moderators actually review and respond to those requests. They recently rolled out an update that lets users change the footer font size on invoices which came directly from forum feedback.
Cons
I'd still like to see more flexibility when it comes to invoice design especially options for font type, font size and rearranging sections on the invoice. It would also be helpful to have a template for simple flat-fee billing, rather than the more complicated process that's currently required.

“Quick time entry and project tracking”
Pros
Being a billable consultant, I really appreciate how quick it is to enter time and expenses. The less time I spend logging my work, the more time I can devote to billable hours and that also helps speed up the payment cycle. It's also very useful to be able to set up Projects and monitor resources and budgets across their Phases and Tasks.
Cons
At this point, I don't have any complaints. The software, along with the mobile app, is doing exactly what I need it to do.

So easy to handle. Entering time and expenses is really efficient and putting together weekly or monthly invoices takes very little effort. Customer support has also been excellent, responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Compared with several billing programs I've worked with, TimeSolv has been the quickest to pick up. The layout and features feel very user-friendly and everything from entering time and expenses to putting together invoices is simple and user-friendly.
Cons
The time-entry field is pretty small. When I need to enter a longer narrative, I have to scroll up and down to read all of it although to be fair, most of the other programs I've used have been similar in that way.

After trying quite a few time entry and billing tools, it has easily been the most user-friendly one for me. It's convenient to use and I can adjust client invoices to match each client's specific needs. The time entry timer toggle is also a favorite feature of mine because it stays compact on my desktop instead of forcing me to keep a full webpage open and slowing down my system.
Cons
I'd like to see a darker color variation so it's easier to tell which entry the cursor is currently on.

Pros
Keeping time is usually one of my least favorite parts of the job but TimeSolv makes it much more manageable. The biggest advantage is that I can record my work time very precisely, right down to the minute and have it tied back to the correct clients without much hassle. That makes both billing and time tracking far simpler for the management team in my office. Because of that, I get to spend more of my day on the actual work I need to finish, while they have a clearer view of who is doing what for which client. It really benefits everyone involved.
Cons
Tracking time is still something I really, really do not enjoy although that comes with the job and is not really the software's fault. One limitation with TimeSolv is that I am restricted to the input fields my supervisors have set up in the system. Most of what I do fits into those categories but whenever I work on something outside of them, it becomes hard to describe my activity accurately. I also still have to keep reminding myself to log my time though I would not blame the product for that either. Beyond that, I am not a huge fan of the color scheme but that is honestly just a pretty minor complaint.

Adding entries is very simple and having my daily billable hours for the whole month displayed on one screen makes it simple to see each day at a glance and spot where I need to improve. Adding disbursements is also very convenient.
Cons
A few details from time entries are not carrying over to the final bills that get generated such as the country tied to the entry but we're currently working with our customer support rep to resolve it.

it stood out for how simple it is to use. It covers everything I need from a timekeeping platform and it has been consistently reliable without any functionality issues. I also appreciate being able to access it from anywhere with an internet connection which makes tracking time while away from the office really convenient.
Cons
There honestly is not much for me to complain about with it. If anything, it could grow by adding a few more features although it already handles everything I currently need. It feels like a very practical, no-frills product with room to expand. One addition I would definitely use is an email filing and management tool that lets users save emails connected to a specific matter directly inside TimeSolv.
