“I enjoy using it !”
Pros
Having to enter my own time was something I used to avoid because an assistant always handled it for me so I assumed doing it myself would be frustrating and take too much time. After switching to TimeSolv, that turned out to be completely wrong. The software is very user-friendly and actually makes my timekeeping more efficient. I leave it open while I work and can enter billable time right when it happens without any hassle.
Cons

“speeds up billing”
Pros
TimeSolv has been really convenient to use. It speeds up billing a lot and since I work remotely from home, keeping track of my hours and invoicing clients is now much more simple. The interface is also very user-friendly which makes the whole process even better.
Cons
My only issue is more on the administrative side. If management doesn't add clients into the system, I'm unable to bill that time because the correct person or matter won't appear in the drop-down menu.

“Happy with my decision”
Pros
Switching to it turned out to be a really great decision. It's an extremely user-friendly legal billing platform and the website is full of helpful how-to videos that answer a lot of common questions. Whenever we needed extra help, the support staff was always available and ready to work through any issues with us. The move over to TimeSolv went very smoothly and I would absolutely recommend it to any law firm.

Pros
Working with it in my law office admin role has made a big difference. Entering my hours and expenses is very simple and being able to go back and review all logged time by client makes it much easier to break everything down clearly. It has definitely helped me stay more organized and a lot more efficient with my record keeping.
Cons
I still haven't figured out every feature and use that TimeSolv offers.

“Easy to get new team members up to speed”
Pros
This tool is very user friendly and getting new team members up to speed has been simple. Even though it seems to be widely used for legal time tracking, we run a marketing agency and it works really well for logging client service hours, learning time and more. Another thing I appreciate is being able to review other associates' hours and adjust them when needed. That setup helps keep everything moving instead of delaying billing while waiting for someone to go back and fix their own entry. On top of that, TimeSolv's customer support has been very approachable. We haven't needed much help but whenever something comes up, they're easy to reach.
Cons
TimeSolv doesn't break down time by Plan Task To-Do in reports as much as I'd ideally want. That becomes a challenge when a client has multiple budgets tied to work under the same project. That said exporting the reports to Excel CSV and using pivot tables usually solves it pretty quickly so it hasn't been a major obstacle. I'd also love to see some kind of automated reminder feature that contacts users weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or at another set interval when their hours for that period haven't been fully entered. Right now, our admin team handles those follow-ups manually and it feels like an area where automation could save time and reduce the need for constant reminders to complete a 40-hour workweek.

“enjoyable experience”
Pros
Keeping track of billable time is usually the part no lawyer enjoys but TimeSolv makes it feel surprisingly easy and almost enjoyable. I can wrap up my daily time entries in less than five minutes and the search function by date or client matter is something I use all the time. It's also really useful to look back at productivity trends and compare performance across different months or even years.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about TimeSolv. My only regret is that my firm didn't start using it much sooner.

Pros
It has been very simple to use and the personal customer service has been outstanding. Our whole office benefits from it, including the attorneys, paralegals and accounting team. The reporting options are extensive and it's incredibly useful to be able to pull both current and historical data. We can look at high-level trends or drill down into very specific details which has been a big advantage. Even though it may not be the most feature-packed product out there, it still includes tools we haven't fully taken advantage of yet. Being able to log in from any device, anywhere with internet access, has also been a huge plus.
Cons
It may not offer every feature that some competing products have but it handles the core tasks we purchased it for very well and at a reasonable price. We have considered moving to alternatives like Clio but they still come across as costly and somewhat unfinished and switching would take a lot of effort. TimeSolv does provide useful tips though we would probably benefit from some kind of yearly refresher training to make better use of the features already available. We likely haven't made the most of tools like the dashboard since using it fully would require us to enter more data and goal-related information. Along the same lines, I don't think we ever completed formal training to really maximize features such as the conflict settings. One thing I would still like to see improved is contact lookup--cell phone numbers are available but you have to dig more than you should to find them.

Pros
Getting started with the program feels fairly simple and the customer support has been outstanding and easy to reach without requiring an expensive annual maintenance fee. Being able to edit time entries before an invoice goes out is a big plus. I also appreciate the option to save steps when entering multiple time entries for the same matter. Draft invoices are easy to prepare which helps me keep an eye on progress in the middle of a billing cycle. The software works well whether I'm billing hourly or using a fixed-fee arrangement. Setting up abbreviations is also convenient and saves time when writing descriptions for entries. On top of that, the weekly emails about new features and detailed instructions on commonly asked-about functions are genuinely helpful.
Cons
Setting up a new client or billing matter does require entering quite a bit of information although most of it is necessary and, once the client is in the system, adding new matters is much simpler. I also have not found a way for the program to automatically resend unpaid invoices on a recurring basis, unless that feature exists and I just have not figured out how to use it yet.
