“great support! literally no complaints!

Pros

TimeSolve is so SIMPLE! The customer support is great too. The interface is mostly simple but sometimes I need a hand. Whenever I ask, the team gets back to me quickly with clear answers. It's a fantastic product.

Cons

Can honestly say there's nothing I dislike about TimeSolve Legal Billing not even the setup process.

“Easy to log time

Pros

I find it really simple to log the time I spend on projects or for clients.

Cons

Once a payment is applied to an invoice it stops showing any new time that gets added.

The mobile features, time tracking and detailed invoicing are all great.

Cons

Trust accounting features could be a bit simpler to figure out.

Pros

Invoicing tools are extremely easy to use. Work that used to take me hours now only takes about fifteen minutes. Logging billable hours and expenses is also super ez.

It would be a big advantage if it could connect more smoothly with other systems we use.

When I moved from a big firm to starting my own practice, I found TimeSolve was easy to learn and use.

Really wish it would sync both ways with Xero. Right now if I enter an expense in Xero, it doesn't show up in TimeSolv. I'd love to have one central place for all the expenses I need to bill out.

“Simple client setup

Pros

Setting up new clients and cases is pretty simple on average. If I've started work for someone but their case isn't fully set up yet�..... I can just use a placeholder until it is.

Cons

Some of the steps for setting up a new client matter aren't as easy as i would like them to be which leads to mistakes. It would also be helpful if the system could track where the last billing cycle ended since we often close bills at irregular times near the month's end and it's hard to remember where to start.

Pros

I find it very easy to add new clients, generate invoices and get them from a draft to final.

Cons

It would better things if we could set a default billable rate in a client's main profile and have it automatically apply to all their new matters.

Pros

The software felt really simple from the start and using it daily is pretty easy. I liked its setup better than several other products I looked at. The pricing is also a definite plus.

Cons

Pros

I love how easy it is to find my way around the program. I figured out all the basics I needed in about ten minutes completely on my own. If you can use Google or Facebook, you can handle this program.

TimeSolv's conversion team was fantastic. The only tricky part was that we were only transferring some of our data from Tabs3 which meant we had to manually enter the rest. It was a bit of a one-time hassle but it's totally worth it for all the benefits we get from TimeSolv now.

There's nothing about the product I don't like. It works exactly how I need it to.

The screens for entering time and expenses are very basic. I love that I can access the software from anywhere which is perfect when I'm traveling for cases.

Sometimes if I add a client's address after I've already created a draft bill, the change doesn't show up on the draft. It's frustrating because I have to void the draft and create a whole new one just to see the updated address.

It's very simple to use, easy to navigate and the customer service is always helpful.

A few enhancements would make it even better. For example being able to select and work with multiple time entries at once would be a big help. Also I'd love to be able to edit a time entry without losing the record of the original hours that were billed.

There's plenty of space on the screen which makes it easy to type in my time without feeling cramped.

Not a huge fan of some of the reporting features but to be fair TimeSolv just upgraded their system. Now a lot of the financial info we need is right on the dashboard for users with admin rights.

I really like how simple it is to add clients, log time and enter expenses. The Help section has been particularly useful.

Cons

One small annoyance is that when I add a new team member (like an attorney or paralegal) and we have custom fees set for specific matters, their rates don't adjust automatically. We sometimes don't catch it until we're in the middle of billing which is a problem if we're charging the wrong rate.

Pros

The software is very manageable and the support is excellent. The customer service is truly outstanding. I know that if I run into any problems I can just send an email and get a response almost right away often with a Zoom call scheduled to make sure all my questions are answered.

Cons

I often forget to assign payments to the right matters which can create a bit of a mess to clean up later.

We like the way the program looks and how intuitive it is. It's simple for our attorneys to log their time and the billing process works smoothly even when we need to split a bill.

Cons

It would be more convenient if I could log time or expenses directly from within a client file without having to jump back and forth between screens.
