“Awesome timer feature”
Pros
The timer feature has been the biggest plus for me because it lets me track billable time accurately. The shortcuts are also really useful since I can use shorthand and enter my billable hours much faster. I also enjoy the graphs shown at login, they give me a clear side-by-side view of my hours by month and also keep a yearly graph of my hours which is very helpful.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. I've been using TimeSolv for about a year now and haven't run into any problems with the software.

The help center is simple to understand and the customer service team is consistently friendly and helpful.
Cons
At times, the web interface feels a little slow and even simple tasks can take more clicks than they really should.

“No need to be tech-savvy”
Pros
Even without being very tech-savvy, this software is simple to use. I also appreciate not having to keep updating billing software on my computer all the time. Also, it connects really well with QuickBooks.
Cons
I am sure there are plenty of features I have not fully explored since I mostly rely on the basic functions but those have worked very well for what I need.

Pros
Everything about this product feels carefully designed and well planned. The customer service team really goes the extra mile to answer questions and make sure you're getting the most value from it. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Any issues I've run into have been very minor and I appreciate that they actively ask users for ideas to make the product even better.

“Top-notch support”
Pros
Customer support has been phenomenal. I've worked with two other legal billing platforms before and support with those was either limited or basically nonexistent when questions or issues came up. With TimeSolv, the team is quick to respond, easy to reach and willing to stay with you as long as needed to help resolve problems. Huge credit to their staff.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints at this point. I'm still learning the program and getting familiar with all of its details but it already looks like it will fit my invoicing needs well and present a much more professional look than the options I used in the past.

Entering time is really easy and being able to see a full overview of my hours for both the week and the month is something I really appreciate.

Task categorization feels unnecessary to me. That said there is an option to make it no longer required.

“Useful timer and calendar view”
Pros
It was not difficult to understand. Having the calendar right on the page is really helpful because I can quickly look back at what I worked on the previous week and also check how many hours I put in each week. The timer feature is especially useful since I'm constantly starting and stopping different tasks throughout the day.
Cons
Sometimes, I'll take a break and forget to log back in afterward. It would be nice if there were a separate break timer or a programmable reminder to sign back in. That said I can still adjust my time without much trouble.

Pros
After trying a lot of different tools for time entry, reporting and billing, this one has easily become my favorite. The whole system is very simple to work with, whether I'm entering time, pulling reports or sending invoices. I work at a public relations firm and even though TimeSolv is mainly marketed to legal services, I'd still recommend it to just about any business that needs an efficient way to track time and handle invoicing.
Cons
Even after nearly two years of using it, I've had a hard time finding anything that doesn't work well for us. Everything I've needed to do in the program has been simple to complete.

Pros
The program's user-friendly layout made it simple to move between different sections, handle edits and run reports without any confusion. The time-capturing tools are particularly user-friendly and make logging time very simple.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the flexibility of the reporting and settings. It would be much more helpful to have the ability to build more customized reports and to see expanded setting options for timekeepers and clients.

Pros
Keeping track of basic time is pretty convenient with this software. Being able to run multiple timers at the same time is really helpful and I can start or stop them whenever I need without digging around for individual time slips. The tech support has also been fantastic, always available and consistently friendly.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features do take extra training before they feel comfortable to use.

“Perfect for smaller law firms”
Pros
After looking at many of the leading billing tools for our law firm, we ended up going with TimeSolv because the interface is tidy and it's very user-friendly for attorneys handling billing. Being fully online was another big plus for us. We did have some concerns at first about the backend support and reporting but our business and billing manager has grown to really appreciate the platform and even had her client law firm move over to TimeSolv as well. I'd definitely recommend TimeSolv to smaller law firms.
Cons
It falls short in reporting. The reporting tools could really use more customization and added functionality. If they improve that piece, it could become an even more compelling choice for everyone.

Pros
Being able to separate billable, non-billable and no-charge time is really helpful. It also handles different matters under the same client at different rates which makes billing much more accurate. Another big plus is that I can still adjust individual entries while the invoice is in draft so there's room to fix things before sending it out.
Cons
At times, I still forget where certain things are located.
