Getting started with TimeSolv is easy and it makes expense tracking really convenient by letting me upload receipts directly. The QuickBooks integration is also a big plus and helps keep accounting tasks connected.
Cons
QuickBooks integration can be problematic when using it on a Mac.

Pros
Attorneys can move through the site without confusion and enter their time quickly. Getting started is simple and because it's web-based, it can be accessed from anywhere, unlike some other platforms. It's an excellent tool.
Cons
The support team has been fairly helpful but I'd like more direct ways to request software changes instead of only posting suggestions. It's hard to tell whether any of my ideas are ever implemented and I never receive follow-up on them.

Pros
Right away, the timer made a huge difference for us. There's honestly very little about this product that I don't enjoy using. It has significantly improved how we track billable time and handle billing overall. Compared with our previous system which was clunky and hard to work with, this one has helped my team and me avoid missing time entries.
Cons
I may still be learning all of its finer details but one thing I've noticed is that I keep having to create new task descriptions because the existing ones don't always match what I need.

Pros
Questions get answered right away and the live webinar training sessions have been really helpful. The customer representative is dedicated and knowledgeable and they also offer frequent learning sessions that make it easier to keep improving with the system.
Cons
A few features especially invoicing, weren't very user-friendly at first although training was available to help with that. Also, I'm not doing enough hourly billing to take full advantage of all the features and functionality.

Using it feels very user-friendly and I can get to it from just about anywhere, including on my mobile device.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. As a sole practitioner, time really is money and after spending many years with TimeSlips--where generating invoices could eat up an entire day, I can now finish that same task in just a few hours.

Managing client rates is really convenient in TimeSolv and it's a big plus that my attorneys can log their own time. That also makes it much easier for them to stay on top of their monthly billing hours.
Cons

Pros
One of the best parts has been setting up abbreviations for routine time entries especially since they can handle up to 2000 characters. Printing and sending invoices is simple and entering a payment that instantly applies across several invoices is incredibly satisfying. Logging time no longer feels like a chore at all.
Cons
After nearly three months of using it, I honestly haven't run into any drawbacks.

Pros
Running a small firm focused mostly on criminal defense means I now have to stay on top of a sizable amount of billable time and putting invoices together used to be incredibly frustrating before I started using TimeSolv. It's simple to work with and costs less than other comparable programs I looked into. The trainers are genuinely personable and I absolutely love being able to attach abbreviations to the descriptions I use all the time which makes entering time even faster. I'm genuinely thrilled with it and would absolutely give it two thumbs up.
Cons
Havent had any problems. TimeSolv also provides short, clear videos that have answered every question I've had. On top of that, their experts are available by phone if needed although I haven't had to call yet.

Pros
The support team is quick, reliable and genuinely helpful. It covers everything I need, including integration with Zero so the functionality feels complete for my workflow.
Cons
To be honest, I don't really have anything to complain about. The system is simple to navigate and anytime I'm unsure about something, the support I get is fast and personal. It's been dependable and has worked very well for me.

The fast speed of the platform stands out, along with how accessible the support team and tutorials are when you need help learning how everything works. I also really appreciate how well QuickBooks and LawPay integrate into the system.
Cons
Migrating historical data has been a little complex but that seems to be more because of our previous software than anything TimeSolv's team could realistically improve.

Their customer support has been incredible. I'm able to get answers to my questions even in the evenings or over the weekend by email and setting up a Zoom meeting is very convenient.
Cons
TimeSolv does connect with LawPay but it still falls short of a full integration when credit card processing fees need to be passed along to the client.

Pros
Creating time entries is simple and putting together or updating invoices doesn't take much effort. I also appreciate being able to customize the setup for each client, along with the option to track payments and fix how they've been applied when needed.
Cons
Dealing with the very large list of task descriptors has been a challenge. I'm really glad they added client-specific task codes but I still haven't been able to put that feature into practice because my existing task code list is just too overwhelming to sort through.

Its been easy to manage and training people on it didn't take much effort either. Our timekeepers can log entries in real time using the stop clock which has been really helpful. On top of that, the mobile app they can install on their phones makes it especially convenient to capture time while they're out on the road.
Cons
Reporting for the custom fields in contacts could be better.

Using TimeSolv has been a really great experience. The software is very user-friendly and makes it simple to track time from a computer or other devices. I've been using it for more than 15 years and the monthly cost per user has stayed reasonable. It's also a big plus that all time records are stored in the cloud.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. It has everything I need and I haven't felt that anything is missing.

Getting invoices done with this is very simple and the whole system is easy to use. It really takes a lot of the hassle out of invoicing.
