“Handy daily calendar view”
Pros
Having the calendar panel on the left side of the time entry area makes daily time tracking much easier to review. It's also really helpful that the calendar gives a quick summary of total time for each day.
Cons
It would be even more useful if the web-based version of TimeSolv included an option to import entries directly from an Excel file.

“Simplest tool for tracking time”
Pros
After trying a handful of tools for tracking time on my hourly matters, I finally landed on one that's simple to work with and makes sending invoices to clients much more simple.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is better compatibility with my other software, such as CampLegal.

Pros
Customer support has been outstanding. The invoice formatting options are really useful as well and sending invoices by email is very convenient.
Cons
There's a bit of an unusual learning curve when you're first getting started. I also run into some difficulty when trying to update the email delivery preferences though it's a fairly minor issue.

“Syncs with QuickBooks”
Pros
Right from the start, TimeSolv has been very user-friendly to use and the customer support has been excellent whenever needed. It also syncs with QuickBooks which has been a big plus. We've used it for years to track hours and bill clients and it has worked really well for that.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much I dislike about it. The only thing I can really say is that I still haven't explored all of the features yet.

“Tidy interface”
Pros
Entering time and expenses from anywhere is really convenient and the interface feels very user-friendly. It's also helpful to view the calendar and instantly see the time that's already been logged for each day.
Cons
Moving everything over from TimeSlips took a bit of effort and felt somewhat tedious. We're still adjusting the layout of our bills but the TimeSolv team has been very responsive and willing to help.

Getting around this program feels easy and if you've worked with any other billing software before, you'll likely learn it quickly. My consultant has also been excellent.
Cons
The pricing per timekeeper is a downside especially when only one person is actually handling all of the billing entries.

Copying, duplicating and moving items is very simple and the dropdown menus make data entry more convenient.
Cons
I'm not really sure what else I'd change, except it would be helpful to have suggested or "smart" fields that pull from previous entries to make new ones faster to complete. I'd also love a way to link time entries so that if I had a meeting with three team members, only one person would need to enter it. Another feature I'd want is a way to log "uncategorized" time and then work backward from it. For example, if I entered that I worked 8 hours on Tuesday and then added a 1-hour meeting, the system should show that I still have 7 hours left to allocate.

Entering time is simple for basic users and for timekeepers the process feels easy and efficient.
Cons
A few of the reports aren't very clear about what data will actually be pulled and some of the criteria are oddly set up making it confusing to know what to include or leave out. The interface could definitely use a refresh as well. The sync tool works but it's not especially user-friendly and would benefit from an upgrade. The biggest gap for me is the lack of live data, a dynamic dashboard with more flexibility and visibility would make a big difference and that's something this software is currently missing.

Pros
TimeSolv has been an awesome addition for us. It helped us capture time that was slipping through the cracks and the system is user-friendly and customizable. The mobile app is also a big plus since it lets us enter time while out on the road. Real-time reporting has made a real difference too because I can keep an eye on revenue every day. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Honestly there's very little not to like. Choosing this software turned out to be a really smart business move. Of course, there's a cost involved but we've more than made up for it by recovering missed billings.

Pros
The interface is very clean and user-friendly which makes the software easy to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
At times, the program does lag. Also, with the new update to the Trust/Payments input screen, it only displays the current day instead of the account's history like it used to and that change has been really frustrating.
