Convenient Management, Poor Customer Service

Pros

It's pretty much like any other software but it does a great job of bringing all the essential functions together in one place, making everything easier to manage.

Cons

The account manager and billing process is pretty sketchy. They made false promises when I signed up, changed the terms without letting us know, and always try to overcharge for certificates and searches. They never own up to their mistakes and seem to take advantage of startup companies for every last dollar.
