“360Learning JVS GROUP Review”
Pros
Commending the platform's ergonomics reliability and simplicity for both learners and administrators.
Cons
Recent changes in the deletion of labels for custom fields and search via custom fields while taking time to transition are practical.

“versatile collaboration for training”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is how well the collaboration features work, along with how flexible it is for different audiences. It can be customized in so many ways which makes it really versatile. You can build all kinds of training sessions and learning paths, assign them to whoever needs them and use the forums to collect really valuable feedback so it ends up being a very strong L&D tool.
Cons
Reporting is the area that could use some work since there are not many choices for the type of data you can download. It is possible to handle some of that afterward in Excel but having a broader reporting function built into the platform would be much better. It would also be really useful to have the option to upload documents for sign-off as well, like training agreements.

“reliable platform with smart skill mapping”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the platform's reliability and how well designed it feels in daily use. For learners, it's very easy once they're enrolled in a course and the skill-mapping capability is especially valuable. On the admin side, things are fairly simple too, provided there are clearly defined roles in place for creating and managing courses.
Cons
A recent downside has been the removal of labels for custom fields and the ability to search through custom fields the way it worked before. Filtering by labels used to be very practical especially when handling user accounts, groups, managers and similar admin tasks. Moving over to custom fields takes some adjustment, although the transition itself is still fairly simple.

“360Learning is effective”
Pros
I opted for 360Learning to complete my OSHA trainings appreciating the reasonable pricing alongside manageable pacing and coursework. The learning experience was genuinely enriching.
Cons
While not a major drawback avoiding the need to download attachments for some lessons converting them into lessons for easier comprehension would be preferable.

“Useful updates”
Pros
Depending on the plan you choose, regular support is included which is really valuable. It gives you a good opportunity to think about how to integrate or highlight the frequent new features and it also helps when you need answers to specific challenges or questions.
Cons
There is still room for improvement in the statistics for HR use and the pricing plans do not feel very stable.

“community-driven and flexible”
Pros
The sense of community around the courses is something users really appreciate. It also offers plenty of layout options when creating courses which makes the setup feel very flexible.
Cons
A few more features for course updates would be welcome, although it looks like those are planned for the next platform release.

“Collaborative learning community”
Pros
It's a really interactive, collaborative platform that helps people learn more effectively while staying connected. The comments and sharing features especially stand out because they create a real sense of community, almost like a big tribe where everyone feels involved in the project.
Cons
On desktop, the platform works reliably but the mobile app still needs improvement. Some features are missing there, such as previewing video posts, checking stats and having more options to customize the template.

“perfect training that really works”
Pros
Using it for my OSHA training has been a really positive experience. The pricing feels reasonable and the pace of the coursework is manageable so it never felt overwhelming. I was able to follow along well and genuinely learned a lot from the material.
Cons
This is not really a major downside but in some lessons I'd rather not have to download attachments like PDFs. It would be better if that content were built directly into the lessons instead since that would make everything easier to read and understand.

“powerful features but less simple flow”
Pros
With its many features, the platform lets you build learning paths almost exactly the way you originally picture them. The way it keeps evolving, both in terms of capabilities and ergonomics, is a real advantage. The attentiveness and responsiveness of the technical and sales teams, along with the personalized contact, are also very appreciated.
Cons
Some actions do not feel very logical especially when moving between Paths and Tracks. The user experience could still be improved with a more simple interface. There is also a lack of flexibility in session management. Changes made to modules that are already part of an open session should be able to be applied within that session and the same goes for any updates made along the way.

“Best elearning platform so far”
Pros
One of the key benefits of 360 Learning is its commitment to understanding real business concerns and translating them into effective platform features. Our client business partner consistently assists us in optimizing our training programs. Thanks to 360Learning we're revamping our onboarding programs building robust ones with the platform's versatile functions.
Cons
Dislikes are minimal but there's room for improvement in the visual presentation of some modules' home pages.

“integration and collaborative learning win”
Pros
Our organization was looking for an LMS that would work well with our existing systems and also offer strong collaborative learning tools. On those points, the sales contacts, the integration process and the implementation follow-up all met our expectations.
Cons
Some content creation tools such as Genially and Prezi still run into compatibility issues, both in terms of functionality and display. The very frequent updates are a bit of a double-edged sword, they help keep the platform current on compatibility and features but they can also be unsettling when the administration interface changes.

“Powerful onboarding support”
Pros
One thing we really appreciate is how consistently they take the time to understand our actual business challenges and turn those needs into practical solutions within the platform. We can also count on our client business partner to help us identify the best ways to run our training program. We're currently rethinking all of our onboarding processes and this platform gives us everything we need to create a strong, well-rounded onboarding program by using its full range of features. On top of that, their ongoing support has been very valuable.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about, although the visual design of some module home pages could definitely be improved.

Pros
The platform feels very simple and easy to use and the collaborative side is really well emphasized which is something I truly appreciate. The authoring tool is also very simple and fast making content creation much simpler and helping the platform run efficiently overall.

“Blended learning that works”
Pros
It has allowed us to offer blended learning courses and diversify the learning materials we use. Integrating other digital tools like Genially or Mentimeter is easy and the support team is quick and efficient.
Cons
The hardest part with the platform is getting participants motivated to log in and actually use it. At the beginning, the tool can feel a bit complicated to handle and I'd also say the design is a little too plain and minimal.
