5.0

powerful authoring and interoperability

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the authoring feature especially for teachers who are just starting to move into digital teaching and content creation. It also works very well when deploying content to learners and the application itself is a real plus. Another strong point is how well it connects with other tools like Genially which makes the whole experience even more useful and flexible.

Cons

The new interface has shifted a few familiar reference points so it can be a little unsettling at first. Still because the platform remains simple, it does not take long to find your way around again.

A playful platform and a team involved

Pros

360Learning provides an enjoyable and userfriendly learning solution. Learners appreciate the course diversity design and the forum for modulerelated queries. Module creation is simple and collaborative allowing for a wide range of animations. The platform supports teamwork through project management tools and extensive statistics aid in training quality analysis. Overall a comprehensive tool.

Cons

Most modules are created on other platforms and integrated into 360Learning. While useful an advanced module creation tool would be welcomed.

Great learner tracking and communication

Pros

Learning how to use it feels very simple and the accessibility is a real plus. The communication between learners and teachers works well too, with discussion threads, email notifications and even videos coming soon. I also appreciate all the tools available, from the image bank to the software offered and the built-in tests. Monitoring trainees is much easier thanks to the statistics, reminders and detailed tracking of their progress. On top of that, the pedagogical support set up by the IT team really helps us improve and optimize the content we create.

Cons

Some updates do disrupt established habits from time to time. I was given very helpful advice about the length of my modules and the number of sheets I had put online but I now regret how difficult it has become to fix those mistakes. The new "author" view no longer allows proper navigation inside a module that is too overloaded which makes corrections much harder.

deployment and support excellence

Pros

Deployment and API integration were very easy. The support team is genuinely human, responsive and efficient and the guidance we received throughout the rollout was of very high quality.

Cons

There are still a few features we are waiting for. The platform is clearly focused on eLearning, whether in-person or remote but it is less suited for managing training rooms, certificates, or printing attendance sheets for a training institute with physical classrooms. There is a module for this but it is not as complete as we need. Because of that, we are considering connecting it with an HRIS that can handle training management more fully, including requests, training plans, sessions and costs.

5.0

complete platform for engaging learning

Pros

Using this platform feels both fun and simple as a learning solution. Users really enjoy the variety of courses, the way they are designed and the discussion forum where they can ask questions about the modules. On the content creation side, building modules is very easy and works well in a collaborative setup. It also makes it possible to add a wide range of animations which is a big plus. The platform supports teamwork nicely with its project management features and it provides plenty of statistics to assess training quality and track employee engagement. Overall it is a very complete tool.

Cons

A large share of the modules published online are actually created in other tools like Canva or Genially before being imported into the platform. That option is definitely useful but it would be even better if the built-in module creation feature were more advanced.

a collaborative learning platform

Pros

It's an engaging, simple and collaborative platform that supports both individual and team development. Its biggest strength is how it brings knowledge sharing back to the center of the company.

Cons

My only criticism is the frequent updates. They're clearly meant to improve the learner experience but they also mean spending extra time updating the documentation.

top-tier support and constant progress

Pros

Both the user and client experiences are excellent. On the user side, navigation is easy, highly visual and pleasant to use overall. Social interactions are easier to encourage and still happen well even with audiences that are not naturally inclined to engage. On the client side, creating and managing programs is remarkably simple and efficient. Above all, the customer support is truly premium. That was already true when the company was just starting out and they've managed the impressive feat of keeping that same personalized support even as the team has grown a lot. On top of that, the software keeps improving all the time.

Cons

A few features or navigation patterns have been a bit less simple than expected. That said with its ongoing improvement process and regular updates, the team has always listened to customer feedback and fixed those minor issues.

flexible lms with strong social sharing

Pros

Managing this tool day to day has been just as simple. Creating new modules or updating existing ones is also very manageable. The social sharing features are a real plus, both on the homepage and inside the training modules. It works well as a dedicated LMS and it gives organizations the ability to build out training programs even if they don't have a complete HR system in place.

Cons

The downside is that statistics congreatation is somewhat limited when using external training content such as LinkedIn Learning.

Pros

This LMS covers all the current needs for strong digital learning practices. The interface feels simple and fluid and the dashboard is especially comprehensive while still being very easy to read. It also lets you integrate all kinds of external content which is a real advantage for rapid learning formats and similar training approaches.

Pros

Platform's overall design makes it very quick to get comfortable with, whether someone has used a similar tool before or not.

mobile app and fast rollout

Pros

The mobile app is well designed and pleasant to use and getting everything deployed happens quickly. I also appreciate the features and the ability to connect other tools through embed codes. The group hierarchy system is useful and the learner feedback options are valuable too especially responses like "I learned something" or "this is outdated." The tab structure is another helpful point.

Cons

The more recent updates feel less simple than before. There is also not enough customization in some settings especially for catalog distribution, platform personalization and the option to add links to other platforms.

The userfriendly platform is complemented by excellent support including MOOCs for software learning. The platform's ergonomic design is modern and features for learner interaction discussion spaces and evaluation indicators are highly appreciated. Regular updates enhance the customer experience.

Cons

A few bugs encountered along the way such as technical problems with content integration pose minor challenges. Updates have generally resolved issues but certain limitations in adding quizzes or exercises remain.
