“Modern platform with strong learner tools”
Pros
I'm extremely satisfied with how accessible and well-managed the platform is, whether it's for creating content, handling integrations, managing learners, or analyzing data. It's very user-friendly and the IT team offers thorough support to help you get up to speed. There are even MOOCs available to learn the software which is a real plus for understanding the tool and sharing user feedback. The interface feels modern and pleasant to use. The features for interacting with learners are especially valuable, there's a discussion area available throughout the course next to every activity, plus a shared community space where learners can comment, like each other's posts, tag people in comments and more. The platform also offers a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators and this part has clearly been improved through updates. On top of that, the platform and team regularly adapt and enhance the features to keep improving the customer experience.
Cons
There have been a few bugs here and there but nothing serious overall. For instance, we ran into some technical issues when integrating certain types of content, although platform updates eventually resolved them. Adding quizzes or exercises can also feel a bit restrictive depending on what you need. We faced this at the end of a training course when we wanted to collect learner feedback, we weren't able to include all the questions in one single activity. Because of that, extracting the data has become more complicated and we now have to manually combine each set of responses which is time-consuming.

Pros
Using it has been very easy and I can implement my courses whenever I need to. Customers stay actively involved in the courses which helps turn your own standards into an ongoing and lasting growth process.
Cons
It's hard to point to any real downside. Maybe only the first few hours while getting familiar with it but the 360degTeam is always there to support you, help you learn and make sure you succeed.

“Fantastic support and service from 360”
Pros
The extensive onboarding process was immensely beneficial especially for someone with no prior LMS experience. Our client success manager's consistent support was invaluable for a successful product launch. The engagement academy and support services provided swift answers to queries.
Cons
The social aspects are a significant component of 360's offerings but they aren't particularly relevant for our audience or the product we're developing.

“Collaborative intuitive LMS with 5 star support from the Client Success Team”
Pros
360Learning was my introduction to LMS chosen for its simple Authoring Tools. It delivered on the promise of easy and fast content creation. The collaborative LMS coupled with 'Convexity Culture' influenced our LD strategy positively.
Cons
Initially I might have mentioned 'New Courses' not being displayed on the home page but I'm glad to hear this is being addressed with their new May 2021 update. Hooray

“rich modules and detailed tracking”
Pros
One thing that really works well is that learners can ask their questions directly inside each module which brings a lot of value. Other participants benefit from reading the question-and-answer history, a bit like during an in-person session and the discussion stays connected to the specific learning content of the module they are currently taking. It is also possible to add summative assessments into the learning path, with progression depending on reaching a minimum score of correct answers. The path structure helps guide learners and keeps them from getting lost when many modules are available. From a cost perspective, launching an online course feels low-risk because there is no long-term commitment and pricing depends directly on how many learners are actually enrolled. Automated emails can also be built into the journey. On top of that, the statistics are very detailed, both for learners and for modules. Adding tools inside a module to enrich content, gamify the experience and more is very simple and the platform keeps evolving with frequent feature updates.
Cons
Some question formats especially matching and ranking activities, regularly create issues for learners so it is usually better to rely on other integrated tools when building those kinds of assessments.

“fantastic authoring and collaboration”
Pros
Choosing this as the first LMS I ever worked with turned out to be a really good decision. I was drawn in by the platform's easy built-in authoring tools which promised quick and simple content creation and they absolutely delivered. On top of that, the ongoing support from my wonderful Client Success Manager has encouraged me to branch out into other content tools that embed nicely into courses and make learning far more engaging for our audience, like Vyond, Genially, Vimeo and Tiki Toki. I also really appreciate being able to build learner groups and communities, then deliver targeted training to different audiences across our global organisation in a social, collaborative way. Another big plus is that course creation is open to everyone. As a retailer, that collaborative side of the LMS, along with 360's "Convexity Culture," has been fantastic and still shapes the way I think about our own L&D strategy.
Cons
My one complaint would have been that new courses were not showing up on the home page but I'm very pleased to hear that this is being fixed in the May 2021 update. Hooray!

“excellent onboarding and support”
Pros
Platform felt very manageable thanks to the incredibly thorough onboarding which was especially helpful since I had no previous LMS experience. Our client success manager provided steady support throughout the process and played a huge role in making our product launch successful, honestly, we couldn't have done it without her. The engagement academy and available support services also helped a lot since I was able to get answers to my questions quickly whenever I needed them.
Cons
A large portion of 360's offering is centered around its social features but those weren't especially relevant for our audience or the type of product we were building.

“Backbone of our Learning Strategy”
Pros
Promotes collaborative and modern usage turning learning into a twoway street. Emphasizes accountability autonomy and a userfriendly social networklike UX.
Cons
Some features require enhancement such as more visible workspacesgroups for better team collaboration similar to Facebook groups. In the Catalog showing only relevant course topics for the team and creating a different type of course for knowledge sharing like a PDF or an interactive onboarding checklist and platform management improvements are needed.

“360 Learning administration feedback”
Pros
Recommends tools for video image and interactive document creation coupled with easy moduleprogram understanding creation and resultreport access via the dashboard.
Cons
There are inconsistencies in this software a SCORM file can be integrated into 360 Learning but a module can't be exporteddownloaded. Assigning a program is feasible but not a module. Adding a cocreator to a module is possible but not in a program. User access to programs and cocreator access to modules need improvement. Adding users to a group is not very intuitive and the user's home page on a social page lacks a professional appearance for a serious LMS.

“Very Good Product”
Pros
360 Learning facilitated the independent creation of elearning or blended learning sessions. Its ease of use dynamic team and responsive support contributed to a positive experience.

“Early adoption stage review”
Pros
Perfect for businesses new to online learning offering simplicity and ease of use. Training for adminauthor roles allows basic course development without heavy reliance on external agencies.
Cons
In its developmental phase into new pathways occasional bugs or technical faults arise. Communication is primarily through a builtin Zendesk widget or direct email and fixing issues can take some time. Platform upgrades though brief during the business day can impact scheduled programs.

“modern collaboration that really clicks”
Pros
It feels like a modern, collaborative platform where learning goes both ways so people can be both consumers and contributors. That mix gives users a nice balance of accountability and autonomy. The interface is also very user-friendly, with a social-network-style experience and a UX that is pleasant to navigate.
Cons
A few areas could still be improved. Workspaces or team groups could be made more visible to strengthen collaboration something closer to how Facebook groups work. In the Catalog, it would help to display only the course topics that are relevant to each team. It would also be useful to add another type of course focused more on knowledge sharing, such as PDFs or interactive onboarding checklists for new employees, along with improvements in platform management.

“Promising platform for course creation”
Pros
This platform is an excellent fit for a business that is just getting started with online learning. Since the product itself is still fairly new, there is plenty of opportunity to help shape and expand its capabilities over time. It's easy and user-friendly even for someone without any background in digital development. The training given for the Admin/Author role is especially valuable, as it allows people within the business to pick up the fundamentals of course creation without needing to invest heavily in outside digital design agencies. That has been a real advantage for both staff and customers.
Cons
Because the platform is still evolving and moving into new areas, the occasional bug or technical issue does come up. Support is only available through the built-in Zendesk widget or by email so resolution can sometimes take a while. Since we use the platform to train customers, those issues have at times disrupted programme sessions and even forced us to reschedule some webinar-based courses. Once the issue reaches the appropriate team, it is usually handled quickly. One other challenge is that platform upgrades tend to happen during the business day. Even though the downtime is only around 10 minutes, it can still impact a two-hour window so we have to plan our programmes carefully around that.

“powerful content tools and reporting”
Pros
The platform offers useful tools for building videos, images and interactive documents that fit well into our e-learning content. It's also easy to understand how to move through a module or a full program. Creating a module or program is simple and getting to results and reporting through the dashboard is convenient.
Cons
There are still a few inconsistencies in the software. For example, a SCORM file can be imported but a module cannot be exported or downloaded. A program can be assigned but a module cannot. It's possible to add a co-creator to a module but not to a program. User access to programs is not very simple or efficient and access to modules for co-creation is also not very convenient. A co-creator can only view the modules and not the full program which is not very practical. Adding users to a group is also not very simple. On top of that, the user home page has a social-style layout that doesn't feel very professional or like a serious LMS.

“versatile training platform”
Pros
Being able to build complete e-learning or blended learning sessions on my own for my company has been a real advantage. The platform is very simple to use, the training provided for the tool is genuinely helpful and the team behind it is energetic and highly responsive when support is needed. It's also a big plus to have access from both computer and mobile with the same tool. On top of that, the dashboard is very practical for tracking the platform and monitoring users' progress.
Cons
Although the tool is excellent, it can still be challenging to create strong user engagement when participation is not mandatory. It also takes time and effort to review what's working and come up with new ideas and solutions.

“accessible authoring and fast rollout”
Pros
It is easy even for people without formal training in learning and development. The features are accessible and the rapid module-building tool allowed several of our departments to create their own training courses within just a few weeks. When distancing requirements during the crisis forced us to scale back in-person training, it helped us maintain the rollout pace we absolutely needed for employees who are often spread across very distant locations.
Cons
Gamification for a younger audience could probably be developed further, although after a year of using it, we still have not explored everything the product offers.
