“Engaging forum and diverse activities”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the social side especially the forum, along with the wide variety of activities available. It's also simple to bring different types of media into the platform and the feedback from trainees has been very positive.
Cons
A couple of areas could be improved, though, the group walls could be clearer and sessions feel a bit limited once they've already been launched.

“Constantly Improving”
Pros
Key features include data tracking and diverse question options for course creation. Skill tagging facilitates employee improvement tracking.
Cons
There are areas where I wish the platform was more intuitive and occasional bugs occur with Program Sessions although the new Paths feature addresses them.

“Delivering impactful digital programs with agility”
Pros
From an admin perspective 360 Learning is intuitive with easy content creation and program delivery. The dashboard learning journeys and clear data reporting contribute to an engaging learners' experience.
Cons
360 Learning provides a powerful learning tool based on sound design pedagogical and ergonomic principles. However adaptability to different clients' needs sometimes falls short. We desire more flexibility to finetune default settings but remain confident in 360 Learning's continuous improvement.

“engaging learning platform”
Pros
From the admin side, the platform feels very simple, whether it's for creating content or delivering programs. The dashboard is easy to move around in, learning journeys can be put together easily thanks to the well-designed learning activities and the reporting and data visualizations are clear which makes it simple to monitor learners' ongoing engagement. On the learner side, the interface is engaging and user-friendly which really adds to the overall experience. Social interaction is also a central part of the platform, with features like contextual forums that support learner-teacher exchanges and help build active learning communities.
Cons
It is clearly a powerful learning tool built on great design, pedagogical and ergonomic principles. At the same time, as a higher education institution, we often need to adapt projects to different clients, audiences and cultural contexts and this is where the platform can sometimes feel a bit limiting because it does not always move far enough beyond those core principles. More flexibility to fine-tune certain default settings would be very helpful. That said we do feel confident in the platform's ability to keep improving over time.

Cons
There's not much to complain about, although having a few additional reporting options for completed sessions would be helpful.

“powerful tracking and course variety”
Pros
Two things really stand out to me with this platform, the data tracking and the range of question types available when building courses. It lets us assign skills to each course and monitor the areas where our employees need the most improvement.
Cons
There are still a few parts of the platform that I wish were more simple. We also run into occasional bugs with Program Sessions, although the newer Paths feature seems to be addressing those issues.

“responsive team and full-featured platform”
Pros
Working with their team has been a really positive experience. They are very professional and most of the time they reply to our support questions within a day which is incredibly helpful. Having a dedicated it team assigned to our project also helps us stay efficient. On top of that, the product itself is very comprehensive, with everything needed to manage customer and employee training effectively and they have created excellent e-learning materials to help users understand the platform which makes it very simple to use.
Cons
After using it for the past 6 months, we still have not come across anything we dislike.

“Powerful training rollout”
Pros
After spending a full year comparing options, we ended up choosing this platform because it checked every box we needed in a learning management system. We had a lot of team members to train in different locations so we needed something that could handle that quickly and efficiently and this software absolutely delivered. One of the biggest reasons it won us over was how user-friendly it is. There really was not a steep learning curve which made a huge difference for our team. Even those of us without much background in development or learning design were able to build training modules just by following the guidance provided. Another huge plus was how closely the customer success manager supported us throughout implementation. They stayed involved consistently and helped make the rollout across our organization successful. I also really appreciated the Engagement Academy. The digital learning sessions covered everything I needed to understand and helped me grow into both the course creator and administrator role. Because of that, I feel confident putting together training programs that are engaging and able to hold people's attention.
Cons
The only improvement that comes to mind is having the option to place multiple quiz questions on the same page.

“modern platform with responsive support”
Pros
This is a modern platform that lets us deliver our training courses in very good conditions. The team is highly responsive and genuinely pays attention to our needs when it comes to future product improvements. It's also very simple to use and the product keeps evolving through continuous development and updates.
Cons
A few features mentioned during the pre-sales process still aren't available yet. That said a transactional agreement is currently being finalized to address that. There have also been some bugs that probably could have been avoided with better sharing of best practices.

“Excellent social learning platform”
Pros
Everything connected went very well for both me and our pedagogical team. Within just a few weeks, we had already launched our first digital training course in a 100% online blended learning format. The feature that has had the biggest impact is the simple platform design built around a social network approach especially the contextual forums that make it possible for learners and teachers to interact and learn from one another. That social learning mindset fits closely with our values since we work with teachers and students across more than 91 countries. The platform was also easy for our clients to use and the mobile version helped keep them more engaged by providing a truly integrated learning environment.
Cons
One thing still missing is integrated gamification scenarios which would make the platform more appealing for a younger audience.

“Learning culture powerhouse”
Pros
It has become a hub for everyone in our organization who cares about building a stronger learning culture and thinking more creatively about how to upskill and support our teams. It's a dynamic solution that not only simplifies training rollouts but also shows us how to create content that is engaging and truly effective. Over the last six months, we've used it for sales enablement campaigns, onboarding programs, university-style lectures and compliance training, all while keeping employees interested through short-form content and interactive learning tools.
Cons
One thing we're still looking forward to is a new feature that would give us more flexibility in how learning programs are delivered. We create content for a wide range of stakeholders, including some who want training to be mandatory while still allowing learners flexibility in the order of courses. We're confident that kind of functionality is on the roadmap so we're genuinely excited to see what the team comes out with next.

“versatile platform for active learning”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform feels very easy to use and putting together courses and programs can be done quickly. It works well for different learning styles, encourages reflection and helps build learner autonomy. It also supports cooperation and collaborative work which is a big plus. On top of that, it's very useful for supporting learners in online or blended learning environments. Another nice aspect is that learners can use it to stay connected, almost like a social network.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. If anything, it may come across as a bit too serious for a younger audience.

“LMS”
Pros
360 Learning offers exclusive staff support that is invaluable for effectively addressing queries once familiarity with the system is established. The platform aids in content delivery for effective participant engagement.
Cons
Certain aspects may require submitting a help ticket rather than engaging in real-time chat. Also, conducting site maintenance on short notice can pose challenges. Providing more advance notice would be preferable for better planning around downtime.
