“Well-structured platform, confusing menu navigation”
Pros
You can tell the entire platform is well thought-out. The underlying structure and logic are solid and often match how I naturally think about setting up my e-learning projects. Plus I see the potential for it to meet even higher demands as our company and project complexity grow.
Cons
Well the menu structure is not very easy to figure out and it takes time to understand how all the different menu bars relate to each other. This makes some functions less accessible. For instance you can reach the analytics section through at least three different paths, but not all paths let you analyze the same data with the same level of detail.

Pros
It allows for a great diversity of activities and the authoring tool is very practical too.
Cons
The platform is not as simple to use as advertised. I noticed it also lacks assessment features with options to limit cheating which is essential for institutions like schools that have in-person classes.

“The best experience with great help”
Pros
My experience using 360Learning for two different social organizations was the best. Their team provided tremendous help in setting up our projects and the platform is very easy to use for both administrators and learners.
Cons
On a previous project, I did not realize how good it was and chose Rise Up instead which led to a poor experience, particularly with their sales team.

Pros
The integrations, cloud hosting, Single Sign-On (SSO) and the tools modern design are all absolutely top-notch and work perfectly together.
Cons
A few thing I would like to mention such as the pricing and the initial method for estimating a company's needs are real concerns. Also it is not transparent that the offer involves a tacit three-year automatic renewal which can be a problem for businesses.

I really like 360Learning for its straightforward, interactive setup where everyone can share their thoughts and learn from each other. It is great how it works smoothly on both computers and smartphones, making learning convenient anytime, anywhere. Plus, the feedback and data it provides help us keep improving our training.
Cons
Nothing! It took me a few days to implement the platform. I had to make it live in one month, and with the team's help, everything was finished in one week. The team is attentive and ready to adapt the platform to our needs. They are very customer-focused, so well done!

I appreciate the ease of content creation and the functionality to collaborate with others. Also, I really love how the data is presented. As someone who isn't a data analyst but needs to keep track of everyone (as a team of one) and report on the L&D data, I appreciate this a lot. It makes my job actually doable!
Cons
The initial learning process is a bit awkward, but they provide a lot of great learning content on the engagement academy to help you get started. You're also assigned a personal CSA, and mine (shout out to [sensitive content hidden]) is amazing. Quick responses, always available for a face-to-face chat if necessary, and takes a real interest in helping us get the most out of the platform.

The platform works great, especially in a remote setting. Our company is on two different continents with many remote workers, and we are grateful for a tool like 360Learning. We received great support from our Digital Client Success Partner.
Cons
Setting up the system was a bit challenging at first as it isn't very intuitive, but once you start using it regularly, it becomes quite easy.

Cons
We hope to see the ability to customize the home page even further developed. It's already possible to create a carousel, but we'd also like to highlight training courses or create more sections.
