“Built for a global audience”

Pros

It is built for a global audience, links perfectly with our existing LMS and has a fantastic platform structure. We were expertly advised and supported throughout the entire deployment project. The AI tools, the self-learning options for authors and managers and how easy it is to use after training are all amazing. We also love the Engagement Academy, the active user community, helpful webinars, ready to use communication kits and the quick, effective answers we always get from support.

Cons

There is not a catalog of pre-made e-learning modules that we could purchase. I feel like it would also be helpful to reach support via online chat. Having pre-established, multi-language learning paths for different job roles would be a great feature.

Pros

This platform has a strong international focus and connects well with our LMS. The overall structure is very well designed and we were well guided and supported throughout the deployment project. The AI tool is valuable for self-learning, whether you are an author, manager, or admin and once trained, it becomes simple to work with. The engagement academy, user community, webinars, communication kit and fast responses with practical solutions all add a lot of value.

Cons

One thing missing is a catalog of e-learning modules that we could directly use or purchase. It would also be helpful to have access to support through live chat whenever needed. Another useful addition would be ready-made e-learning paths by role, available in multiple languages.

The variety of content, the ease of use and the amazing design are all absolutely excellent. Overall it is a top-notch platform.

This is a very compliant and helpful training management product. I find it reliable, simple to use and can automatically generate quizzes based on the module's content. Also it reports learning progress perfectly, tracks reminders, is fairly easy to integrate and has a a pretty user friendly environment that users love.

Cons

You cannot pick and choose specific submodules to learn from a larger course and I noticed there is no proper backup feature available.

The software is very good and has a standard product with plenty of options for customization. The team is also excellent as they are very knowledgeable and always available to help us.

I am missing a clear overview of the learning paths and clusters. So I feel like it would be better to see the chronological sequence of learning items to track progress more easily.

Pros

Well the responsiveness from all the teams be it support, technical and others is absolutely outstanding. The guidance and follow-up including training, implementation and ongoing support, are excellent. The platform is also constantly evolving with new features like AI and it remains very simple and easy to use.

To be honest I have no specific disadvantages or particular points to mention.

Using this training management platform has been really satisfying. It's a very compliant and helpful product for managing training and it's reliable and simple to work with. One feature I appreciate is how it creates quizzes based on the understanding of each module. It also reports learning progress very accurately and keeps track of reminders really well. On top of that, the integration process is easy and the whole environment feels extremely simple to use.

Cons

A couple of things could still be improved. There's currently no option to choose specific submodules for learning instead of selecting from everything which would make the experience more flexible. Also, there isn't a proper backup option available right now.

One thing that really stands out is how responsive all the teams are, whether it's support, technical help, or anything else. The onboarding and follow-up have also been excellent, from training and setup to regular ongoing check-ins. The platform keeps improving over time as well, with AI and other new features being added and it's simple to use overall.

I haven't come across any particular drawbacks or issues to mention.
