360Learning statistics are really helpful for tracking progress and designing new training modules is an easy, simple process which I like the most about it.

I noticed that the support team can be slow to respond and some of the English terms are hard to understand.

From both the user and administrator side, the experience has been excellent. The support team during the initial platform setup and even afterward has been outstanding as well.

Tracking current learning modules is easy and pretty simple. Overall the system is very user friendly and provides users with a wide variety of helpful questions and answers.

Depending on the format we pick, it can feel like we are in a pop-up window instead of a proper browser tab.

Creating modules and inserting our different documents is very simple and we like the gamification features. Plus the ability to separate our user groups is also very useful.

What really stands out to me about 360Learning is the ability to upload videos directly into a classroom. Then, anyone on our team can watch them and answer related questions right there. You can even mark feedback directly on the video timeline which is incredibly useful for pinpointing specific moments.

The software's user-friendliness, the fantastic features it offers and how incredibly simple it is to set up are all absolutely great.

Nothing much but the homepage layout can sometimes be a bit complicated for some users to use.

Well the support from the 360Learning project team is excellent and the available academy for learning the tool is proven pretty helpful for us too. The platform also provides a wide range of options for creating truly engaging and effective e-learning content.

Cons

Its user experience isn't the most simplest for our learners so I feel like it could be more user friendly. The customization options could also be better for instance, it would be great to automatically set images based on the skills linked to a module, rather than having to do it manually.

Its multi-functionality is a big plus, along with the support and availability of our Customer Success Partner.

I feel like the administrator role can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for people who are not already familiar with the platform.
