There is also a social component akin to Facebook. There is a mobile app as well as excellent user stats and analytics.

The video search function isnt as comprehensive as it should be. Instead of looking through every video that is available, it just searches for the ones that the user has already watched. They are attempting to solve this problem. Other little improvements might also be beneficial.
