“One of the best digital platforms for educators!”
Pros
The software was designed to be user-friendly and features an intuitive and ergonomic interface. It simplifies the process of managing training sessions and producing material. In addition, the majority of training catalogs are compatible, which makes it very simple for us to provide all of the courses that our partners require on a single platform.
Cons
The part where you create your own courses could use more creative elements. However, additional features for updating courses will be included in the subsequent release of the platform.

“360Learning: simple and logical.”
Pros
We have been having a great time partnering up with 360. The software is simple and logical. In addition, the staffs accessibility is a platform for a sizable group of people, such as managers and decision-makers, who are not necessarily required to attend a course.
Cons
There is a chat or email hotline, which is a bit messy. Sometimes its best just to consult a professional. The instant save prevents you from returning if you accidentally delete an application.

“One of the most intuitive LMS out there!”
Pros
I loved the extensive onboarding procedure, which was especially helpful given that I had no prior experience using an LMS. We couldnt have launched our product successfully without the constant assistance of our client success manager; she was essential! Thanks to the engagement academy and access to support services, I was able to find answers to my problems quickly.
Cons
Even though the social features were a big part of what 360 had to offer, neither our target market nor the product we were making needed them.

“Simple, dependable, and user-friendly learning platform.”
Pros
It is quite easy to administer the system, put modules into action, and either create new ones or alter existing ones. The webpage that contains the training modules, as well as the potential of social sharing, is one of its many strengths. Additionally, a standalone learning management system (LMS) makes it possible to educate all of the members of a business, even if you do not have an HR system that is completely operational.
Cons
A few problems highlight the need for further development, but the company is responsive to feedback from customers and works quickly to address concerns. For instance, this could be improved through the limited consolidation of statistical information combined with external training.

“A reliable and well-supported learning platform.”
Pros
The platform offers advice on how to organize and innovate with your material. It encourages you to use various kinds of content (videos, text with pictures, questions). Additionally, it motivates employees to collaborate on a project. Lastly, it encourages students to get involved with the course material, say what they think, and start a conversation.
Cons
Some of my students have had difficulty using this software. Although, for instance, Ive occasionally had to teach someone where to register for or begin a course, it is a complaint Ive seen other teachers make on behalf of their students. I wish there were more options/filters to examine how people are moving toward finishing their courses based on the data presented in reports and statistics.

“A user centric collaborative LMS whilst being administrator friendly”
Pros
360Learning is easy for content designers and enjoyable for users. Simple to start with a documented knowledge base and support team expertise. It's competitive for both user experience and administrator needs.
Cons
The LMS could introduce new native gamification modalities for enhanced interactivity. A slight drawback is the cumbersome process of duplicating modules and courses.

“Very comprehensive”
Pros
The platform has so many wonderful features. Users can score tasks and courses for rapid feedback on the content, and the site includes the capability to capture video and screencasting. There is also a social component akin to Facebook. There is a mobile app as well as excellent user stats and analytics. Additionally, we have had excellent client service. They react to challenges and queries immediately.
Cons
The video search function isnt as comprehensive as it should be. Instead of looking through every available video, it just searches the ones the user has already watched. They are attempting to solve this problem. Other little improvements might also be beneficial. However, the business has been open to suggestions, so I hope these improvements will take place soon.

“A Didactic Treat to Work With; Misses only a Little.”
Pros
Since our onboarding, the employees at my company have been sharing their learnings and continuously upskilling through the platform. Anyone can design engaging courses for learners with just a little training in making the information interesting. The social components are also crucial; introducing new technology is difficult enough, but allowing students to engage with each other and the contents instructor helps the experience feel more like the in-person training they are used to.
Cons
The platform has features that could use improvement, such as the blended learning component. But based on my observations, 360Learning has proven that it is committed to constantly enhancing the platform with frequent updates and quick user input responses.

“User-friendly design; software updates need to be advance-communicated!”
Pros
We appreciate the 360 Learning teams dedication to professionalism and quick responses. Since I started working on it more than two years ago, my motivation to produce content to help my pool of students benefit from it has only increased. Also, the platform was by far the simplest to use during my benchmarking.
Cons
Even though we had been forewarned, a recent update to the interface drastically affected it. I would have preferred a gentler transition with the opportunity to use the two alternatives simultaneously for a few weeks.

“TeachMint is the best combo for all my teaching management needs.”
Pros
The thing we all appreciate about teaching is that nearly all of our institutes daily operations are covered by its interface and general features. Also, the way it handles control of students, attendance, and fees is exceptional. Its ID card feature (which I like) manages the inventory and distribution quality and is also distinctive.
Cons
It works strictly on the internet. It gets frustrating when you need to enter something quickly, and the internet is not stable enough for teaching to "think" that its online. It badly needs an offline version, and the Android app should include an admin tool for managing other users when theyre mobile.

“Top-notch, user-friendly, online learning platform; could be more inter-culturally astute (pedagogically).”
Pros
360Learning is highly user-friendly from an administrative standpoint. The simple dashboard makes it easier to create learning journeys using thoughtful learning activities. Data reporting and visualization are also easy, making monitoring learners ongoing involvement simple. In addition, the platform provides an exciting interface from the learners viewpoint, enhancing the overall learning experience.
Cons
We believe the platform occasionally falls short in diverging from the fundamental features its built upon since, as a Higher Ed. Institution, we must adapt our programs to other clients/ audiences demands and cultures. In particular, we would like to be given additional freedom to adjust several default settings. Nevertheless, we believe in 360 Learnings ability to keep the platform updated.

“Need to tackle the learning curve.”
Pros
One of the tools strengths is its Collaborative Learning feature. It provides the opportunity to interact with students and aid them in learning. In addition, all contacts are easily searchable whenever we need them to help implement our projects.
Cons
After being familiar with its capabilities, it takes time to integrate the tools surroundings and accessible options properly. However, if we want to optimize the operation of the LMS, it is a vital step.

“Stellar Customer Service; Few Design Glitches.”
Pros
The 360Learning staff offers complete assistance to users in learning how to utilize the platform, which, in any case, is simple to use. There are step-by-step MOOCs available to teach you how to use the program. Having used this and other similar LMS interfaces, I can say with certainty that there isnt a better way to learn or share your expertise with others in remote settings.
Cons
I have found some minor design flaws along my user journey, but nothing too serious to shatter the experience. For instance, I’ve discovered (and reported on - still waiting for a response) some technical issues with the integration of specific items. And although most of them have been resolved through subsequent app updates, some still persist. It would be nice if these got resolved at the earliest (360 Learning Care Reps: Please read my email!).

“Great for Distance Learning; open access courses need historical tracking; mobile app design overhaul.”
Pros
Our students find this platform to be highly user-friendly, and creating course materials on it is quite straightforward. Also, it really makes it easy to design these instructive manuals. Further, it has greatly aided us in working against the backdrop of COVID. Additionally, the support staff is really knowledgeable and quick to respond. And I have to pay special tribute to the platform’s ‘The Engagement Academy’ and routine webinars; great training regimens to onboard new subscribers (as we found to our credit).
Cons
It is very frustrating that if you’ve already completed an open access course, you have to do it all over again in a designated session - this concern needs to be addressed. The mobile app is quite basic; its fine for trainees, but it doesnt provide many options suited to more advanced users.

“Fun, catchy interface; search field needs work.”
Pros
One of the best features of this software (in comparison to other LMS interfaces) is that anyone can quickly become accustomed to it. The platforms UX/UI is comparable to Netflix or social media (not exaggerating), making it easy to grasp where to look for items. Also, when we needed to distribute it swiftly across the entire firm, the good staff at 360Learning was very helpful in accelerating the initial setup.Definitely recommended for remote learning/study disseminating environments!
Cons
The most vexing component of the interface - at least for me - has been its terrible search functionality. Finding the learnings/courses that our employees need often proves to be difficult. Also, in order to better suit the aesthetic requirements of our firm, I would like to further tweak the homepages appearance.

“Love the customer service; live sessions module’s a bit clunky.”
Pros
I can comfortably say that the customer service at 360Learning is among its top features. The support team is excellent; always forthcoming with their assistance. Further, the platform allows us to quickly author/build engaging courses for our students (who always report to having a fantastic experience).
Cons
There are definitely some times when the software fails to perform as intended or lacks a crucial functionality that some of its rivals provide effortlessly. Particularly when compared to some of its competitors that offer dedicated ‘Events’ pages, simple sign ups/registrations, Zoom integrations, and more, its live session offering leaves a lot to be desired.

“Very responsive overall”
Pros
The 360 Learning platform is highly user-friendly. The fact that the 360 Learning teams continue to work on and adjust the platform to provide our learners with a pleasant user experience that allows deliberate access to our content is what we like the most. We enjoy that the dashboards and analytics are simple to analyze as our use is primarily internal.
Cons
The beta phase of the 360L teams new functions usually spans a few months, even if they provide high-quality content (communications, e-learning modules, support teams, etc.) to help with comprehension. So, in the end, it could be challenging to introduce new functionalities to our students, even if they are developed in response to our actual user needs. But, aside from this, we are pleased with the platform.

“It is great for large organizations and very easy to implement.”
Pros
Our team evaluated other LMS systems for more than a year before deciding on 360 Learning since it offered everything we required. We were looking for a system that could cater to our quickly expanding employee base globally. Thanks to 360, we will be able to achieve that. Because it is simple enough for someone without much experience to build extremely effective training with just a few simple instructions.
Cons
I love everything about the platform, and I cant wait for the upcoming updates! The only feature I would like to see added in the next updates is the capacity to display numerous quiz questions on a single page.
