“Numerous tools for tracking progress”

Pros

It provides numerous tools for users to share content and track learner progress. Plus being able to create our own courses, with an interactive team to help with onboarding, adds tremendous value.

Cons

Having more options for creating content would be a big help. Plus I think the reporting features also need to be stronger and there are frequent updates to keep track of for the platform to work well which users should know about to get the most from the software.

Pros

Keeping up with current learning modules is easy and the platform feels simple to use. It also gives users a wide range of different questions and answers which makes the experience more useful and engaging.

Cons

Based on the format you choose, it can sometimes come across more like a pop-up window than a tab.

Platform is easy to work with and the AI for building courses does a really nice job.

Cons

It doesn't offer as much customization as I'd expect for more advanced or complex learning needs.

One feature that has been especially useful is being able to upload videos into a classroom, then let anyone on our team go in, watch them and answer any questions included there. It's also really helpful that feedback can be added directly within that same video.

I really don't have any general complaints about this system.

The administrator role can seem a bit complex for people who are not already familiar with it.

Project team's guidance on using the platform has been really valuable and the academy available for training is a big plus when it comes to learning the tool properly. The platform also provides a wide range of options for building engaging e-learning content.

One thing that stands out less positively is that the platform's ergonomics are not always the most simple for learners to grasp. Customization could also be improved, for example by allowing images to be assigned automatically based on the skills linked to each module.

There are plenty of tools available that help users make the most of content delivery and track learner progress effectively. Being able to build your own courses, along with having an interactive team that helps with onboarding, adds a lot of value to the platform.

It would be even better with more content creation options. Better reporting features would also make a big difference. On top of that, the platform has frequent updates that users need to keep up with for the best performance so staying aware of those is important to get the most out of the software.

Building modules works really well and adding our different documents is very convenient. The gamification features are also a real plus and being able to separate our user groups makes management much more effective.

Some of the terminology can be a bit confusing at times and may sometimes mix users up.

There are not as many customization features as I expected for building complex training and it is not easy to get in touch with customer service.

The group hierarchy is not clearly visible and the sign-up process for classroom sessions is not logical as it takes three clicks just to register for a specific time slot.

I like the platform as it is easy to use and navigate, with a very user-friendly interface. Also the variety of courses available to users is absolutely excellent so there is something for everyone to learn and grow!

You can tell the entire platform is well thought-out. The underlying structure and logic are solid and often match how I naturally think about setting up my e-learning projects. Plus I see the potential for it to meet even higher demands as our company and project complexity grow.

Well the menu structure is not very easy to figure out and it takes time to understand how all the different menu bars relate to each other. This makes some functions less accessible. For instance you can reach the analytics section through at least three different paths, but not all paths let you analyze the same data with the same level of detail.

From using it, it's clear that the whole platform has been designed with a lot of thought behind it. The underlying structure and logic are well built and often match the way I naturally want to set up my e-learning projects. I can also see real potential for the platform to meet higher-level demands as our company grows and the complexity of our projects increases.

The menu structure is not completely simple and it takes a bit of time to understand how the many different menu bars relate to each other. That makes some functions less directly accessible than they should be. For example, you can reach the reporting area in at least three different ways but not all of those paths let you analyze the same things with the same level of detail.

It allows for a great diversity of activities and the authoring tool is very practical too.

The platform is not as simple to use as advertised. I noticed it also lacks assessment features with options to limit cheating which is essential for institutions like schools that have in-person classes.
