The Best Tool for Collaborative Learning

Pros

Incredibly easy deployment and use with a userfriendly interface similar to Netflix or social media. Responsive support and continuous updates based on customer feedback are highlighted.

Cons

The search functionality is a significant pain point and customization options for the homepage design are desired. Additionally more robust authoring tools are needed for achieving the desired impact on learning.

Stellar experience

Pros

I think 360Learnings staff are the companys greatest asset, and I value them highly. Although 360Learning is a wonderful tool, it would not exist without the people that help its clients. I particularly appreciate how the interactive elements foster interaction between coworkers during training sessions. Pitch is a terrific approach to replace the conventional PowerPoint and keep staff participating in training sessions.

Cons

The only potential drawback is that your firm might not have enough internal resources to work on implementing 360Learning. This relies on the state of training at your organization at the moment. However, this would be far simpler for businesses that already have training programs and want to improve them.

A great e-learning tool.

Pros

Their customer service is just excellent, particularly for IT issues. The possibility of collaborating with several authors on the design of e-learning modules is a great feature we can utilize. Our coworkers really love the chat section. Its easy to use and alter reports, which are useful for managers to be aware of how their teams are doing.

Cons

As I have already mentioned, their customer support is amazing, so it is a given that I do not have a lot to complain about. Whenever I complain regarding any issue, they get right to work on resolving it right away. They are just pleasant to talk to.

Not The Best Yet But Certainly On Track To Be

Pros

The ability to author content quickly sets 360Learning apart offering a great user experience.

Cons

The live session feature has considerable room for improvement especially compared to competitors offering events pages easy signup Zoom integrations and a less intrusive automatic timeout feature.

A nice platform to use simple and complete

Pros

The platform is the easiest to use and adapt to making it effective for occasional content creators.

Cons

An interface update some time ago while forewarned could have been smoother with the option to parallelly use the previous version for a few weeks.

360Learning Review

Pros

The intuitive and userfriendly nature of 360 Learning is its best part.

Cons

Some functions are too similar and consolidating them such as learning paths and programs would be beneficial. Additionally deleting accounts doesn't remove them entirely from all groups and the ability to impersonate accounts for better instructions is desired.

The best tool that will bring everything you need to one digital place!

Pros

Our face-to-face programs have been successfully converted to online and blended learning thanks to 360 Learning. It has been excellent to create courses that involve virtual webinars. It eliminates the need to send out multiple emails and diary invitations and allows students to have all they need in one location.

Cons

I would only love to be able to design non-linear courses, and that is all. However, even while paths can do this, it would be excellent to have it as a part of courses. So, we can make sure a course is finished while still letting the order be flexible.

When it comes to LMS, 360Learning is my absolute favorite, but mobile applications can be better.

Pros

Something I found worthy of appreciation is the variety of courses 360 provides, along with their layout. Students particularly like the option to ask questions regarding the modules. The process of creating modules is incredibly straightforward and collaborative. It enables the inclusion of many animations, which is highly beneficial. Overall, the program is pretty comprehensive.

Cons

There are sometimes minor display errors between the applications on Android or Apple. But this is a minor issue. For example, learning items are not (yet) shown on the homepage, and automatic emails focus too much on the news feed.

360learning is my absolute favorite when it comes to team learning!

Pros

360learning customer service is hands down my favorite aspect of the company. I believe my requests or comments have been heard and addressed, from sales to customer success (and beyond). I feel comfortable working with the 360learning team, and this is incredibly helpful.

Cons

As an entertainment firm, we have high standards for our products to give our employees the most incredible experience. So, although we believe there is room for development on that front, we are confident in the most incredible experience. So, although we believe there is room for development on that front, we are confident in 360learnings future.

Great for uninitiated companies on the learning fast-track.

Pros

360Learning is ideal for a new company venturing into online learning. Since the product is fresh in the market, it still offers much room for capabilities expansion. In addition, it is straightforward to use for someone without much previous experience in IT/Tech.

Cons

The occasional problem or technical issue still appears as it continues to expand into new and fascinating avenues. These can frequently take some time to get corrected since there are just two ways to contact Zendesk: via email or the built-in widget. Also, you need to be careful when organizing your workflows, since platform upgrades, even if they only last 10 minutes, might disrupt a 2-hour window right in the middle of the work day (not a good experience!).

Pros

360 Learning is easy to use with continuous platform improvements for a pleasant user experience. Partnerships with creation tools enhance content quality.

Cons

Despite the 360L team providing qualitative content for better understanding the beta phase of new functionalities might be prolonged. However the platform is overall satisfying.

360Learning YOUR LAST LMS

Pros

The platform's user engagement features create a positive workplace culture.

Cons

Some additional features like pinning a post or customizing the portal view would be beneficial as the platform continues to grow its LXP component. Despite this the platform is recommended for launching an LMS in any company.
