“The best experience with great help”
Pros
My experience using 360Learning for two different social organizations was the best. Their team provided tremendous help in setting up our projects and the platform is very easy to use for both administrators and learners.
Cons
On a previous project, I did not realize how good it was and chose Rise Up instead which led to a poor experience, particularly with their sales team.

Pros
Having used it for two different social organizations, I can say it was excellent both times. Their team gave us a lot of support in setting up our projects which made a real difference. The platform is also very simple to use, whether you are managing it as an administrator or using it as a learner.
Cons
My only regret is that during a previous LMS project, I didn't realize how good this platform was and chose Rise Up instead which ended up being a poor experience because of their commercial team.

The integrations, cloud hosting, Single Sign-On (SSO) and the tools modern design are all absolutely top-notch and work perfectly together.
Cons
A few thing I would like to mention such as the pricing and the initial method for estimating a company's needs are real concerns. Also it is not transparent that the offer involves a tacit three-year automatic renewal which can be a problem for businesses.

Nothing! It took me a few days to implement the platform. I had to make it live in one month, and with the team's help, everything was finished in one week. The team is attentive and ready to adapt the platform to our needs. They are very customer-focused, so well done!

One thing that really works well is the interactive, user-friendly setup that lets everyone contribute their ideas and learn from one another. It runs reliably on both desktops and smartphones which makes learning accessible whenever and wherever it's needed. On top of that, the feedback and analytics are genuinely useful for helping us refine and improve our training over time.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. Getting the platform implemented took a few days and even though I needed it live within a month, everything was completed in just one week with the team's support. They were attentive, open to adjusting the platform based on user needs and clearly very customer-focused so credit to them for that.
