“Articulate 360 for Develoment
Pros
The flexibility offered by Storyline (and other related products) for course development is something I truly appreciate. It allows me to begin effortlessly and gradually explore more intricate techniques, thereby dynamically enhancing the courseware.
Cons
There are no cons. It is a learning experience, but I encourage my team to seek assistance from the Forums and not hesitate to ask questions.

“World-class eLearning software
Pros
Crafting beautiful courses and lifelike, interactive learning scenarios is a joy with Articulate 360.
Cons
I wish Articulate Storyline were available on Macs! I always have to use PCs or Parallel, which hinders my access and slows down productivity.

“Must have for elearning
Pros
If you're tasked with creating eLearning, Articulate 360 is a must-have. While Storyline 360 stands out as the best product, Review 360 simplifies the review process with subject matter experts.
Cons
It's been slow to adopt 3D, VR, or AR features, lagging behind competitors in this area.

“Must-Have
Pros
The wide range of options provided by this software is something I absolutely love. Articulate Rise makes course building a breeze with its Simply approach. Although Storyline presents more challenges, it offers limitless potential to create captivating, interactive, and dynamic courses. The availability of templates is fantastic as they assist users in understanding layers and triggers effectively.
Cons
Rapidly prototyping a Storyline course isn't straightforward, so I'm using it less frequently than I'd like.

“A must have for instructional designers
Pros
The user-friendliness of this product is outstanding. Its similarities to PowerPoint make it ideal for new users, while the ease of importing PowerPoint presentations is a significant advantage. Advanced users will appreciate the ability to create sophisticated slides, variables, triggers, and more. Having worked in e-learning for 15 years, I consider Articulate the gold standard.
Cons
I have encountered minor issues with the software, mostly related to design differences. However, I've learned workarounds from the online support community. Occasionally, there are issues with IT security software scanning and file saving, but these can be easily resolved by working with your IT department.

“A Better and More User Friendly Powerpoint!
Pros
I rely on Articulate 360 to create learning presentations for franchisees. This product excels in keeping dull information captivating and offers numerous options for customization, ensuring a fresh approach each time.
Cons
There are so many options that it took me about a month to get used to them all. Despite the learning curve, it's truly an awesome tool.

“Robust Software
Pros
Articulate Storyline, managed via Articulate 360, can bring virtually any idea to life. Using it as a springboard and central hub for upgrades and updates is invaluable. I can easily track the status of the products I use, simplifying management.
Cons
The Articulate Storyline product within 360, while robust, is not very intuitive. While there's likely a solution for creating an interaction, getting to that solution is not easy. Although there have been improvements, a guidance system where you can type in keywords on what you're trying to accomplish and be presented with options would be helpful.

“Create Engaging E learning
Pros
Articulate is a powerhouse for creating engaging, interactive eLessons. With an extensive array of scenes, characters, and poses, instructors can easily create assessments using pre-designed templates. The trial version offers limited characters but grants access for 60 days.
Cons
Truthfully, as a newer 360 user, Storyline has a bit of a learning curve, but that is to be expected with such a powerful program. I do wish their pricing was more competitive and they offered a perpetual license rather than just a subscription.

“This software will make your life easier - and much more fun for your learners.
Pros
This software has revolutionized my life and the learning experience for those I develop content for. Articulate 360 offers versatility. Need to start from scratch with an amazing idea? Storyline is the go-to tool. It's incredibly user-friendly, with a wealth of tutorials, suggestions, and examples available in the community forums. Rise templates facilitate the swift development of modern, user-friendly online training (which I've also used for presentations). The Content Library is a treasure trove! From photos to illustrations and icons, everything you need is right there, eliminating the need for external sources.
Cons
My only suggestion is regarding Rise. I love how easy it is to plug and play information, but I would like to see a little more flexibility with editing. If I want to change more of the look, I will just use Storyline. However, Rise has a nice feel to it, and I would like to make small edits, like removing a line in one of the text formats. There are workarounds, but more flexibility with design would be welcome.

“Great tool to uplevel training courses
Pros
It's effortless to get started with this software, making it intuitive for new administrators. Courses look polished and highly professional for end-users.
Cons
I haven't used Articulate as a standalone LMS, but I imagine it would be limited in terms of tracking and analytics.

“Great choice for authoring e-learning
Pros
Rise 360 boasts a sleek and professional appearance, making it easy to navigate and highly appealing to learners.
Cons
Storyline 360 is not Mac compatible and requires additional software to run a Windows virtual environment or use of parallels. I would also like more storyline templates. As far as Rise 360, more ability to customize would be great.

“Great suite of tools for enterprise level eLearning development
Pros
What impresses me most is how the suite of programs in Articulate 360 caters to varying levels of user expertise and needs. Rise, with its intuitive interface and clean design, is perfect for non-instructional designers or beginners in instructional design. On the other hand, Storyline offers infinite flexibility and complexity, catering to seasoned experts' needs.
Cons
While I like some of the newer tools like Replay and Peek, I have found them to be somewhat buggy.

“A great piece of software, with one or two flaws
Pros
I value the fact that this product bears a striking resemblance to PowerPoint, which facilitates a relatively smooth learning process. Although it takes time to fully master it due to its robust features, the learning curve is worthwhile considering the capabilities it offers.
Cons
I've experienced occasional crashes, which is frustrating when you lose your work. Also, having a library of Java that could be used/copied would be helpful.

“Switched over from iSpring
Pros
Rise's intuitive interface facilitates easy use, offering features that enhance interactivity and engage users. Moreover, Rise seamlessly integrates with Storyline.
Cons
Rise could be more customizable (e.g., font type, layout, course structure, block format), but it's quite costly.

“Easy to use
Pros
Review 360 is a game-changer for sharing work and gathering feedback from clients and testers. The active technical support and "eLearning Heroes" forums provide swift solutions to queries.
Cons
I encountered an actual bug that affected audio playback in Apple devices, which couldn't be fixed by Storyline's support team. While support is usually fast and amazing, this issue wasn't prioritized by their team.

“Articulate 360 Provides Useful Tools
Pros
I am grateful for the availability of multiple tools, including Rise, Storyline, and Review, all of which we leverage in my workplace.
Cons
I wish Rise were a little more flexible in terms of functionality. It's great as is, but I do run into limitations fairly often.

“Best in the game
Pros
The picture library has undergone significant improvement. The Review feature simplifies sharing projects with stakeholders, who can provide feedback directly on the slides.
Cons
They still need to improve their closed captioning feature because it currently requires manual input. They should introduce automatic CC that you can proofread.

“Takes Your Teaching to the Next Level
Pros
The program's layout, reminiscent of PowerPoint, makes it easy to dive in and start creating content. I value the level of control it offers over user interaction. Plus, the help and community forums provided by Articulate are unparalleled, ensuring assistance is always available when needed.
Cons
This is a complex program, and it will take time to learn all of its nuances. Troubleshooting errors in complex files can be time-consuming, as there isn't anything that finds issues for you.

“Great software to create e-learning modules
Pros
I use this software to create e-learning modules for my students. I appreciate its ease of use and straightforward functionality, enabling the creation of complex modules suitable for beginners or those not making a living from it. Additionally, its offline capabilities are advantageous for use in areas with limited internet access. Opting for the perpetual software license upfront offers peace of mind compared to monthly subscription fees.
Cons
The inability to batch convert projects is a real downside. Another drawback is the restriction regarding tests, which can only contain 400 questions. Support is generally not very helpful, and you often need to figure out a lot by yourself.
