“Know Power point? You can do this!
Pros
Creating assessments and sharing files is effortless. It's also a convenient tool for creating and maintaining trainings. Its compatibility with PowerPoint makes it accessible, allowing for the creation of necessary tools for new hire training.
Cons
The first time I was shown how to use the tool, it seemed complicated. However, upon attending another training session, I realized it was easier than before.

“Easy to Use. Good and Plenty of Features.
Pros
Articulate's UX/UI design is excellent, offering solid design tools, asset banks, and a review tool. It saves time with its quick content development tools and easy publishing capabilities.
Cons
Firstly, the picture/video embedding feature has limited resolution, resulting in non-HD courses. While this helps save disk space, it impacts the resolution. Secondly, Articulate Rise lacks certain features to support multimedia/multi-sensory needs, such as background audio. However, Articulate Storyline can fill in those gaps.

“The only course creation software to use
Pros
Articulate Storyline and Rise have become our go-to tools for course creation. Rise's device compatibility and simple interface make course creation effortless.
Cons
Reviewing questions/answers in the Articulate software reveals many responses from over a year (or two) ago, stating "excellent suggestion, we'll pass it on to our programmers," without any follow-up on implementation.

“Best e-learning authoring software out there for less experienced users
Pros
It's a powerful yet fairly easy-to-understand authoring software for basic e-learning development. The outstanding user community provides ample support, and with Storyline continuously improving, user feedback is valued and incorporated.
Cons
Training is necessary as it's a powerful piece of authoring software. We had to hire a trainer to provide advanced training for our team because expanding after learning the basics was fairly complex.

“Just want we need to create learning
Pros
I'm currently using this software as part of a knowledge transfer project. As older employees retire, newer ones lack the technical knowledge acquired over years of experience. We're recording course content from experienced employees nearing retirement to create training for newer employees, thanks to this software, which allows us to create accessible training that can be stored and accessed as needed.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve with this product, but once you get the hang of it, creating the right content is pretty easy.

“Hands down the best and easiest authoring tool
Pros
This is significantly simpler to navigate than any other software our team has experimented with. We can effortlessly develop a PowerPoint presentation and then convert it into an Articulate Storyline file. This streamlines much of the groundwork before we even commence our work in Articulate.
Cons
Things start to become challenging when creating tests/quizzes in Articulate. There's a plethora of options, and we must be extremely meticulous and detail-oriented when crafting pre/post exams for our courses.

“A modern, clean and refined take on a publishing tool.
Pros
My pros include its ease of understanding, smooth playback, template addition capabilities, and seamless integration with other software like LMS.
Cons
I'd appreciate the option to add more audio. For instance, being able to attach an audio file to either of two images on a slide, instead of just one, would be beneficial. Additionally, more timing options would be welcome.
