Cons
Although the capture technology for content creation is robust, I feel there is room for improvement in user training and certain tracking capabilities within the platform.

Assima is my go-to solution for crafting authentic e-learning experiences across various applications. Its innovative cloning feature not only simplifies content creation but also streamlines maintenance. It seamlessly addresses challenges like managing training environments and user data, significantly boosting our production efficiency.
Cons
While there is little to fault with Assima, I believe the reporting and analytics section could be enhanced to offer deeper insights into training needs and progress.

Pros
The platform is easy to implement for content creators in large organizations since there is no need to install any software on clients. Assima Assist provides inapplication guidance and it is simple and speedy to generate new content for specific end users or applications. The reporting options meet expectations and the authorization concept for segregating content teams is flexible and straightforward to use.
Cons
We are disappointed that the quiz functionality we had on the old Assima Change Management Suite is not available on the new Vimago Platform. This functionality is essential for almost all of the elearnings we create so that content creators can check if learners have understood the material provided. Implementing alternatives in a large organization can be a complex process involving various steps such as software selection supplier contract purchase orders license management software scripting testing embedding additional support team in ITSM process and addressing possible integration issues.

The cloning product is amazing

I am blown away by Assima's ability to replicate the look and feel of real applications. It is truly remarkable. Plus, it offers data masking as well.
Cons
I could not find any real downsides. The toughest part was deciding on the right product amidst numerous authoring tools available. However, Assima stood out during the proof of concept.
