A valuable learning tool
Pros

The speed and ease with which I can develop complex scenarios are what I appreciate most.

Cons

To be frank, the price is a significant factor. We would have fully adopted it much sooner if the cost had not been prohibitive for us.

Great for shot sims
Pros

It is user-friendly, enabling me to effortlessly create engaging short simulations.

Cons

One limitation is the inability to edit own comments in review mode also there is no option to select multiple scenes for simultaneous manipulation, such as moving entire branches at once.

Easy to Use, Great for Scenarios
Pros

BranchTrack simplifies the creation of interactions for role-plays and scenario-based learning, offering numerous options for customization. It is particularly beneficial for organizations or Learning and Development (L&D) departments with limited resources for facilitating live or virtual role-play learning. It is an excellent tool for soft skills training or knowledge validation and adds variety to the learner experience within a course or learning path.

Cons

Since it only offers annual billing, it is crucial to thoroughly test this and other options before making a decision. The necessity of internet access may also be a drawback for many users during both development and use.

It's just OK
Pros

I learned about BranchTrack from a friend who owns a McDonald's franchise; larger companies do indeed utilize it! It's remarkably user-friendly and straightforward.

Cons

As it is geared towards larger companies, I opted not to use it because I have a very minimal staff and don't require such an extensive scheduling program.
