Great LMS for internal and external talent.

Pros

This software allows for seamless integration from PowerPoint presentations to links to other courses on different platforms. It's easy to configure and assign courses, including assigning courses based on position titles, which helps track and manage internal training requirements for staff. Its user-friendliness is a significant advantage for clients with limited computer skills.

Cons

The integration process took longer than expected. When uploading existing training components, we had to break down entire presentations into smaller sections, which was time-consuming. It would be more efficient to submit one presentation and divide it into sections within Cornerstone.

Can't go wrong with Cornerstone!

Pros

It is easy to use, and although I am familiar with many LMS systems, figuring it out was not difficult. What stands out is the proactive support from the account reps, who manage most of the heavy lifting for us.

Cons

I have no complaints. It performs as promised.

Cornerstone LMS review

Pros

It's a useful platform for employers to set compulsory training for employees, and employees can easily see which training still needs completion and its deadlines. Setting personalized development targets is a great way to promote upskilling.

Cons

Navigation within the platform lacks intuitiveness; I usually prefer clicking on menus, but with Cornerstone, you need to hover over the menu to view sub-menus.

Pros

It is easy to deploy, with a good update cycle and support. It is adaptive and configurable to our needs.

Cons

It can feel clunky for end-users, requiring numerous clicks, and upgrades in different areas often conflict with each other.

Cornerstone across the years

Pros

Their functionality is extensive, with a clear roadmap for future development. Client input has also influenced recent product improvements.

Cons

The platform's high configurability is both a strength and a weakness, especially during initial implementation. While innovation in areas like skills and learning in the flow of work is crucial, it leaves some parts of the platform appearing outdated and in need of overhaul.

Pros

I am impressed by Cornerstone's commitment to adapting to the future of work, incorporating skills and AI-driven recommendations. Collaborating closely with us, they've helped identify skills gaps and inform our learning strategy.
