“Strong prospecting reach”

Pros

Running Landbase GTM for personal prospecting at my sales agency has really helped us tap into more of our total addressable market. It lets us connect with far more people than traditional databases and we're uncovering solid data in verticals that other tools tend to miss. The integration has also been a big plus because it organizes our workflow by automatically surfacing additional contacts and companies which has noticeably improved our connection boost. I also value that it delivers what we need it to do and does it reliably especially since other software doesn't always perform the way you expect. On top of that, their team was incredibly supportive during setup, working through issues for someone like me who isn't very technical and I've already started recommending it to others.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit challenging and I ran into a couple of frustrating issues at the beginning. That said, the support team was extremely helpful and really put in the effort to sort everything out which made a huge difference. Since I'm not especially tech savvy, having that level of assistance made it much less of a barrier for me to get up and running successfully.

“Great for storing training courses”

Pros

This platform has been a real help for our compliance training. It neatly stores all our courses, lets us track progress effortlessly and the automatic reminders are perfect for keeping everyone on schedule with health and safety requirements.

Cons

The software can feel a bit clunky and does not always save my progress correctly. Sometimes it closes a module before saving which forces me to find a workaround to mark it complete without having to rewatch everything.
