“Great for storing training courses

Pros

This platform has been a real help for our compliance training. It neatly stores all our courses, lets us track progress effortlessly and the automatic reminders are perfect for keeping everyone on schedule with health and safety requirements.

Cons

The software can feel a bit clunky and does not always save my progress correctly. Sometimes it closes a module before saving which forces me to find a workaround to mark it complete without having to rewatch everything.

It has this huge library of training and resources and the best part is we can access it all from any device, anytime we need.

There are a few things such as a look and feel still seem outdated. I expected a more modern and smoother user experience from a top-tier solution in the market.

Well the reporting dashboard can be tricky for new folks to figure out and the mobile app is missing some key features we get on the computer which makes learning on our phone less smooth.

The best feature for me was the comprehensive reporting. It gave us detailed insights into training progress and completion rates which made it simple to measure how effective our learning programs were.

Navigating the reporting tools takes a lot of my time. Plus some features are overly complex which can slow down the process of getting the data I need.

Similar to Cornerstone HR, I wish Cornerstone LMS would enhance its UI and UX for a more pleasant user experience. Initially, the website's layout can be daunting and perplexing, especially with the arrangement of navigation bars and menus.

It's easy to configure and assign courses, including assigning courses based on position titles, which helps track and manage internal training requirements for staff. Its user-friendliness is a significant advantage for clients with limited computer skills.

The integration process took longer than expected. When uploading existing training components, we had to break down entire presentations into smaller sections, which was time-consuming. It would be more efficient to submit one presentation and divide it into sections within Cornerstone.
