“You get what you pay for”
Pros
Recent updates have improved user-friendliness, although clarity remains a concern. However, it manages transcripts effectively.
Cons
Our permissions feel overly restrictive, limiting our ability to run certain reports and lacking backend design privileges. Usability suffers due to HTML issues and confusing Transcript functionality.

“Excellent and versatile LMS”
Pros
It proves incredibly adaptable, accommodating various business units within a cooperative setup seamlessly.
Cons
Certain aspects are a bit cumbersome to create, such as constructing performance tasks. It would be incredibly convenient to be able to create a review process all in one go, rather than having to assemble each part separately before combining them into a complete task.

“Cornerstone Learning has been essential to our learning culture!”
Pros
The flexibility of Cornerstone is impressive; there are numerous ways to achieve goals, and the Success Center and Knowledge Base foster an engaging and supportive customer community.
Cons
Learning the system itself is not challenging. Like any other system, it requires getting accustomed to. I'm not a fan of certain outdated features (such as groups) or the somewhat outdated appearance (like the test engine).

“Great Product Overall”
Pros
The UI is excellent for end-users and provides the flexibility needed, especially with Welcome and Custom Pages, to convey information effectively. The Learner Home makes it easy for users to find content they're interested in, in a format they're accustomed to.
Cons
Support can occasionally be lacking in effectiveness. Moreover, changes to the roadmap are not always adequately communicated, leaving you anticipating projects that may never materialize.

The ability for managers to assign trainings and for users to easily access topics is a plus.

It would be beneficial if administrators besides managers could assign trainings. This way, HR or other administrators could utilize this tool effectively.

“Cornerstone Learning Module is very good and continues to make excellent changes!”
Pros
I appreciate its user-friendliness, even for non-tech-savvy individuals. The continual improvements with each release are commendable, significantly enhancing our experience over my five-year tenure.
Cons
Our implementation experience was unpleasant. Despite having a competent product leader, we faced confusion with many processes. Opting for a slower implementation pace would have been preferable in hindsight.

“Great Bones, Needs Some Work”
Pros
I find Cornerstone Learning to have a solid structure with powerful features aiding in automation and organizational learning management.
Cons
The presentation is not fantastic. The front end does the job, but the back end needs some streamlining and organization to truly excel. They're working on this with Xplor, but it comes with an added cost, so be prepared for that.

“Cornerstone as a Learning Management Tool”
Pros
Integrating Cornerstone with our business posed challenges, especially with vendor setup. Despite ongoing issues transitioning from ADP, our move to the system has been fairly smooth. Its SSO Access reduces password resets, and its sleek design is user-friendly, which is the highlight for us.
Cons
Being in charge of learning updates across the organization, I find Cornerstone's versioning system confusing. Once changes are made, reversing mistakes becomes a challenge without backend support.
