“Great for distance learning & lesson access”
Pros
This tool's functionality I really like and how easily I can reach links and lesson materials for my classes, it also serves me very well as a distance-learning app and a timely new platform today.
Cons
For me the biggest drawback is Neo's lack of offline functionality, I really think it should support offline navigation though I find it responsive when handling customer inquiries.

As a teacher and student-facing tool, NEO LMS really covers everything both educators and learners require. I find the interface very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Its automation speeds up my tasks and simplifies my workload and I genuinely find every feature beneficial.
Cons
So far I haven't come across anything about it that I dislike.

“interactive lessons & gradebook tracking”
Pros
What really impresses me about NEO LMS is that the interface is easy to use and teachers can absolutely design imaginative, interactive lessons for students. The tools that promote openness stand out To me especially the gradebook where students can track their progress instantly. There are numerous assessment formats available so we can pick the ones that match the cognitive skills we're aiming to develop. All things considered, NEO LMS feels like a dream come true for educators and pupils alike, particularly in this period where adaptive learning is becoming essential today.
Cons
I don't have any complaints right now because NEO LMS already supplies everything I require for my classes.

“adapted learning during COVID”
Pros
When COVID struck our country we needed a new way to learn. NEO LMS allowed my school to adapt. I could develop original materials and we actually enjoyed turning them into gamified activities quite easily.
Cons
I feel one of the issues we had with NEO LMS is the chat/messaging feature. I hope it gets improved so students and teachers don't need to use other apps for messaging and can communicate directly easily in the platform.

“Automated assignments & academic integrity”
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most about NEO is the ability to schedule assignments and exams to be issued automatically and to configure settings that help preserve academic honesty. I also value the staff support, they provide training on new features and are helpful in walking me through issues and troubleshooting when problems pop up.
Cons
I'm not hugely unhappy with the platform but I've run into annoyances with team assignments. In my view, each team task should accept a single submission per team and be graded once for the group. Right now some tasks have fluctuating members and when I update the team list it can disrupt work already marked as complete. Also, even if one teammate submits the group's file, the others still show as 'not submitted,' which forces everyone to upload the same file individually.

“dependable LMS over three years”
Pros
For about three years I've relied on NEO-LMS, both before and throughout the pandemic and it's been a dependable platform. Its steady ability to bridge instructors and students has consistently proven extremely helpful and efficient for everyone involved in teaching and learning.
Cons
I haven't been able to find any features of NEO-LMS that bother me, except for how the notification bell works, it reliably alerts you when a new message or activity shows up. They might adjust this in the future but I actually like it because it does notify me.

“Easy navigation & assessment grading”
Pros
Navigating the platform is easier for me. I've noticed teachers from different generations can quickly adapt to using it to incorporate their lessons and activities into NEO. For me the way assessments are graded is the best.
Cons
On my phone I find the app takes longer to use. It's kind of slow and drains a lot of data so I need a fast internet connection for it to work well.

“smooth transition from pre-pandemic teaching”
Pros
I've found NEO incredibly simple and genuinely useful. Moving from the pre-pandemic way of teaching to the present setup was surprisingly smooth. I didn't have to worry about mastering a brand-new system while changing my teaching methods because NEO is so easy to use.
Cons
Honestly I can't come up with any negatives, my overall experience using it has been very positive.

“easy platform & strong support”
Pros
From my experience Neo LMS is really easy to use and I consistently get high-quality support when I need help.
Cons
I'm frustrated that the whiteboard is an external tool, I'd much prefer if Neo built an integrated whiteboard into the platform.

“Easy use with multilingual support”
Pros
For our team the platform is really easy to use and the built-in community features like forums and groups mean we don't have to rely on outside social media tools. Because we serve students worldwide, I also appreciate that the platform supports multiple languages, it's a major plus.
Cons
I found the initial setup a little complicated though it's nothing too serious. After you become familiar with how everything works, the system actually becomes easy to navigate and operate. There's not much I dislike which makes it a hard one to criticize.

“helpful support & real-time reporting”
Pros
We've found the Matrix team incredibly helpful, whenever our group hits an issue they respond quickly and propose solutions. The reporting feature is especially useful making it easy to gather real-time feedback from our members.
Cons
I think the UX could be friendlier for newcomers, it's not very simple. Editing the portal layout is also too limited and I'd love a way to submit applications to join classes before actually enrolling.
