“NEO LMS Review from a Network of Schools”
Pros
Key features include competency tracking and score rules and NEO's interface is easy to navigate.
Cons
However there is currently no way to export competency reports a vital feature for a network of schools. Additionally an item analysis for quizzes would be beneficial but is currently lacking.

“Flexible learning portal with fast support”
Pros
It serves as our allinone solution for training management whether conducted online or in a traditional classroom. Before adopting Matrix we spent a considerable amount of time handling classroom training. With Matrix users can selfenroll and we can efficiently manage waitlists and upload assessments for grading creating a robust audit trail. Furthermore it allows us to handle multiple brands within a single portal resulting in cost savings and reduced administrative efforts.
Cons
Approximately two years after our initial adoption there was a substantial price increase. Although it still offers reasonable value for money this posed challenges in case we couldn't secure extra funds. It would have necessitated a transition to another learning portal which is a significant undertaking. However they introduced the change gradually and we greatly appreciate that.

“Drone Operations Review”
Pros
Each school maintains its dedicated fully selfmanaged portal offering the capability for two parents to monitor student progress a careers adviser role for overseeing students and instructors school teachers who enjoy complete control over courses. Additionally competencies align with ASQA TGA requirements and there's an internal messaging system for secure communication between students and teachers. Instructors can also enroll students in subsequent courses and provide benchmark answers when grading assessments.
Cons
I found it quite userfriendly. I don't have many negative comments except that it took some time to become familiar with how Matrix operates even though its processes are intuitive.

“Matrix LMS for Online Learning”
Pros

“Clean interface & improved learning flow”
Pros
Appreciate Matrix's clean, inventive interface because it makes course navigation easy, letting me concentrate on the material and learn skills more quickly. That improved learning flow translates into a better employee experience for me and helps raise my overall competence at work.
Cons
While Matrix does provide a curriculum that can be mapped to monitor competencies, I've found that the platform currently doesn't support BCFG's specific Career Pathing and Developmental Planning needs. They're still building out HRIS integration, right now their immediate work is on using our O365 credentials so signing in and accessing the system becomes more convenient. Because SAP support is not yet implemented, employee data synchronization still requires manual updates on our end which is less efficient. From my interactions, Matrix is committed to rolling out new product features and improvements based on user requirements and they actively welcome suggestions to make the LMS experience better for learners.

“Large content library & automation”
Pros
For me this platform can store an enormous amount of content, lots of storage and a content library that lets me add the same resources to many courses. I've also used learner access constraints. Matrix LMS feels like an excellent gateway into corporate learning systems. For this style of LMS there really is a wide assortment of features. Automation was also a key factor in why I chose this product.
Cons
I've run into times where navigating the system is a bit tricky and I think the import/export and integration options could be broader and more flexible. Connecting with other software would be far more useful. I also experienced some problems embedding videos although the support forum was really helpful in resolving many of those issues. If you need advanced accessibility features, Matrix LMS can work well but I make sure to be careful about what I upload and how content is designed to actually support accessibility.

“An excellent portal for LMS and more recently an LXP solution at the same price.”
Pros
The platform offers a wide range of training solutions and in nine years of daily use it has experienced only one downtime. It seamlessly integrates dozens of addons that enhance the training process.
Cons
Various issues require attention including the absence of a SCORM export solution slow customer service with concise responses that don't prioritize issue resolution. Response times even within the U.S. time zone can be frustratingly long extending to 57 hours. Furthermore participants must pay a monthly fee for access to the platform even after completing a course. Initially participants could access their accounts and diplomas without payment only requiring payment upon entering a course. This policy has since changed and participants have no access unless they pay.

Pros
Being able to chat directly with students and have real-time conversations is the standout feature.

“easy course & report management”
Pros
Working on the site was a total easy for us, we could effortlessly tweak courses, the homepage and various settings to suit our needs. I also appreciated how easy it was to pull up reports and lists, they were simple to locate in the portal.
Cons
The main downside we ran into with Matrix was definitely the cost, I wish it had been priced more reasonably because, if it had been more affordable for our team, we absolutely would have continued using it.

Pros
I appreciate how easy NEO is to navigate, it's genuinely very user-friendly for me.
