This software is employed to establish and maintain our organization's online training portal. From a user's perspective it's easy to navigate and empowers content creators to optimize videos quizzes and written submissions for training.

What really persuaded me to roll out Matrix was how easy it is to use. I find it incredibly simple to tweak the portal so it fits what our customers expect and workflows. Another thing I appreciate is its versatility: beyond the core e-learning tools, it brings in e-commerce capabilities that let us sell courses and manage transactions without juggling another system. I can easily import and export course templates which saves time when setting up new programs. Also, the options I have to customize instructor profiles and controls are genuinely great, covering lesson settings, grading and assessment types.

Editing instructor or student profiles is surprisingly tough for me because the related settings are scattered across the portal. For instance, if I want to change a name or update a profile picture, those controls aren't grouped together in one place, I have to hunt through different menus to find them which gets frustrating.

I prefer NEO over other platforms I've used. Having utilized Moodle for many years I recently switched schools. NEO offers greater userfriendliness an attractive design and easy navigation on both desktop and mobile. The Face ID login feature is a bonus.

I've found installation easy, the feature set vast, automation strong and customer support truly exceptional.

While I think Matrix LMS is a great choice for those who require strong accessibility features I also recognize that you still have to be cautious like with any technology, about what content you upload and how it's structured to truly ensure accessibility.

As an instructor and learning administrator, I find Matrix includes all the tools I need to deliver content with full engagement. Its clean interface, easy usability social features, gamification, admin controls and reporting were the aspects I valued most over the year we used this LMS.

One thing I should mention is that monthly licence plans are based on a set number of active users, if we go beyond that allowance, we're billed for the overage unless we choose to upgrade to a higher tier.

I love the beautiful interface and find it incredibly easy to use, it works smoothly on mobile, includes built-in gamification, supports a social community, offers wide automation and integration options, handles compliance management and even has an App Store so it really feels like an all-in-one solution.

The app sometimes experiences glitches occasionally shutting down during student use. Not all quiz features are functional on the app. The initial login process for students can be confusing as they must enter the name of their district exactly.

Lessons predominantly consist of text and lack a stepbystep navigation approach. Finding one's way through various functions such as the Gradebook can be challenging as certain terms e.g. sticky are used without accompanying definitions. Math symbols are limited and shortcuts for classes aren't easily accessible.

NEO LMS offers a userfriendly interface and allows for easy lesson management even without the need for a user guide. The customer support is efficient and responsive. The Rubric feature simplifies the grading of assessments. Previously I had to carry a lot of papers but with NEO LMS I can easily review student submissions on my tablet. The gamification feature unique to NEO enhances student engagement.

Cons

NEO LMS offers an excellent experience and I can hardly find any drawbacks. If there's room for improvement it might be in enhancing the mobile app especially for Android devices.
