What stands out to me most about NEO LMS is its simple interface which both teachers and students picked up quickly. I also see strong potential for using it in marketing and I value the minimal downtime, especially during online exams. Support has been prompt, maintenance windows are short and well-communicated and it's even recognized during accreditations.

Honestly I haven't found any drawbacks up to this point. Since we started using Neo LMS, it has consistently performed very well.

There isn't anything major that I dislike about the platform. I will say that some of the buttons could be labeled more clearly or positioned in a more simple spot but to me that's only a small quirk that is fairly easy to adjust to over time.

Having worked in education for decades and online course creation since 2008, I've found this tool's technical and administrative support consistently outstanding. The LMS is easy to navigate, offers a huge ecosystem of apps and feels truly forward-thinking. The teacher co-pilot feature in particular feels like just the beginning of what this platform can achieve.

My only complaint is that despite the excellent tech support I can only contact them through email. Sometimes speaking directly to a person would be more effective than exchanging messages and that's my sole issue.

From the very beginning I've felt they were extremely responsive to our requests and needs and the Support Forum in particular has been a huge help in learning how to use the platform. My colleagues didn't struggle to navigate either the desktop or the mobile app since both interfaces are visually easy and easy to use.

I appreciate that the site supports multiple page languages but I kept hoping there would be an integrated translator for uploaded videos, I couldn't find any built-in option to translate video content directly.

At first their sales approach seemed excellent and I was optimistic. But after we signed the contract everything deteriorated almost immediately. When I requested a refund, management stopped responding.

I have to say our time with this LMS left me disappointed. At the beginning they were very attentive and quick to respond, especially when it was about collecting payment but their attitude flipped completely once problems and disputes came up. We were initially sold by a polished sales pitch and a long list of promises about what the platform could do. They guaranteed strong customer support, told us the integrations we needed would work and said they'd be on hand whenever we needed help. When real issues appeared, mostly around core functionality, their so-called availability evaporated. They somehow always seemed to be there to talk terms and accept money at any hour, yet when it came to fixing the faults that were undermining our experience, they were nowhere to be found. I sent follow-ups, emails and reminders repeatedly but they chose to ignore our requests for help. Beyond the lack of replies, their refusal or inability to resolve conflicts and provide adequate support has seriously hampered our ability to use the LMS effectively. As a consequence, our organization's training programs and educational work have been badly disrupted, creating frustration among both staff and learners. I would urge anyone considering this LMS to be cautious: if you run into trouble or disagreements, don't count on getting meaningful support or a proper resolution. All in all, our experience was extremely disappointing.

From my experience this software stands out as genuinely inventive, easy to use and remarkably feature-rich. I've found it to be highly customizable so I can build, set up and oversee educational materials for organizations that need that flexibility. The navigation feels easy and uncomplicated so both students and professionals can get comfortable with it quickly. Because it's fully cloud-based, the app's visual design is fresh and modern compared with many LMS options I've seen on the market. Inside the platform there are a lot of great features I appreciate, notably the ability to run assessments, assemble engaging courses, manage content effectively and maintain great communication channels to track each user's progress. Overall it comes across as a collaborative environment that really prioritizes making the user experience smoother and more connected for everyone involved.

That said I've found very few technical problems while running multiple courses but I do have reservations about the cost, it seems pricier than some other LMSs that deliver similar capabilities which makes me question value for money despite the great work by Cypher. Also, the calendar feature could use attention, personally I think it needs to be more organized and reliable so scheduling and tracking events becomes less of a hassle for users.

Pros

What I appreciate is how easy it is to build and grade tasks, quizzes and other assessments and how neatly everything is organized when I review activities which lets me keep very clear and appropriate oversight over every student.

Cons

Sometimes I notice students struggle to open the platform on certain devices or parts of activities look cropped on their screens and when they try to drag answers they can shift out of position which creates confusion during submissions.
