I also appreciate the built-in audio and video interaction tools which help create a much closer connection between learners and instructors. The whiteboard feature is fantastic for brainstorming and collecting diverse ideas and feedback during lessons.

I find that it includes nearly every essential feature an LMS should have but the main problem I encounter is trouble importing spreadsheet data when I'm setting up new courses which can be frustrating and slows me down.

Honestly I've seen the LMS improve a great deal since I began using it, at this point the problem isn't really the platform itself but more the 'lack of knowledge' among some coworkers. Most of them do come around once they learn the ropes and realize how to use it effectively but getting them there can take a while.
